Congrats 1st Timer!!! Crossing fingers that bloods come back positive. Please let us know as soon as you can! So exciting!

My 1st was born on 17 April 2010 so almost same as your 1st. I am due 30 September this time.

Woohoo! I'm in! (tentatively. Positive hpt, going for bloods later) Very early on, only 4w+1d today.
Due last week of November but will caesar again the week before.

Hoping this one sticks!

Hi Cath - At our 5month Paed visit, he suggested putting Dakota on First Milk but if she didn't like it, try full cream cows milk. She hated FM and loved normal milk, so she's been on it since 6 months old
She still only has 3 bottles a day of 120ml, but she has full cream yoghurt during the day and eats extremely well.

Elamsmom - I completely understand! My 11wk bump is the same size as my 20wk bump last time!
It's so difficult to hide it before we're comfortable enough to tell people (although I'm sure most people know already!)

Had a hectic couple of days.

I cant remember if i told you about the finesse mag? I dont know if any of u are Afrikaans, but anyway after i had my mc scare i sent Finesse an email to tell them about my miracle, they phoned back and asked if they may placed it in the May issue. Tuesday they phoned and asked for a scan pic and a pic of myself to place with it
So i went to my dr and took mil with and had a scan, lo was so relaxed sucking the thumb and touching the face.

later that evening we heard panic yells from our neighbors and then we realized her kitchen is on fire!! im not allowed to do anything just hide from the smoke i could at least gave them some sugar water and later on sent something to drink which they was so thankful for,

Yesterday was quite relaxing, dh went fishing with my brother so i had some alone time which was nice and yesterday he took some photos for the mag.

Today im 16weeks!! Today was also the due date of my lo that i lost last year so mixed emotions today!!

Cant wait for next week friday my 1st gynea appointment and hopefully we will be able to see which team!!

On the down side i want to do micky mouse theme so my mom bought me some micky mouse clothes that are red etc, then my mil the cheek says lo is not just going to where micky mouse clothes and i have already decided its a boy as all my clothes is for a lb!! I mean really!! so im not too happy about it!!

Hi ladies

How was everyone's public holiday yesterday? What a beautiful sunny day in Joburg! Did anyone go to the Moomie meet?

I had a very very busy day. Hair dressers 1st thing in the morning (dropped my toddler at my sisters place), then rushed from hair salon to meet friends in Woodmead to finalise plans for a friend's bridal shower tomorrow. Then rushed to my sisters place in Ruimsig (VERY VERY far away in the West rand) for a braai they had planned for my birthday (which was last Sunday). Eventually got home at 7pm having left in the morning at 8am. Shoo! What a day!

Baby is growing! it is so clearly visible now that I am pregnant. At only 12 and a half weeks! I am probably the size I was at 25 weeks with my 1st! So, now it kind of puts me in an awkward situation because I almost HAVE to tell people even if I wasn't ready to because they can obviously see...I am seeing a whole lot of my in-laws on Saturday at an unveiling that we are going to, so I guess I will be telling everyone then...My sister in law has one child and couldn't have another one. 2 years ago, they asked me to donate eggs for them because they really really desperately wanted another baby...the eggs were good and good quality and they were fertilised fine and inserted into her uterus. But then she rejected the foetus a few days later and miscarried...So...I feel almost bad telling her that I'm pregnant again...

Anyway, enough waffling from me. Next week, I am due for another gynae appointment. I will be 13 weeks 5 days. Exactly 4 weeks from last appointment. I am anxious to see if the whole placenta thing has come right after the meds I have been taking. The only comfort I have at the moment is the fact that the baby is growing. after that, it will be only 3 weeks till we can hopefully find out which team, pink or blue. I haven't been wanting to say it out loud up till now because I really will be happy with any little angel that we get, but am really hoping for a little boy, just cause I already have a liitle girl. I will be happy with any gender but I know hubby is also really hoping for a boy this time.

Anyway, preggy fairies. Hope that everyone's bellies are growing nicely & that morning sickness is easing as we come close to end of 1st trimester. Hope everyone is happy & healthy.

I am really crazy busy at work so hardly have time to post but read posts all the time when i take a little break from work.

Where is everyone hiding???
