January 2013 - Baby/Mommy Club!

Hi Ladies

I just noticed our thread has been moved & this could be why the other mommies are so quiet...

We are now in Mommies by Months and not in Pregnancy anymore for those who are looking for us!

Hi Anthea (and other ladies)...

Morgan is just precious... We've gotten our pics, (can only view online at the moment) and i'm so flippen happy with the results. The family pics are awesome.

We are doing very well as well. Sleeping 6 hrs at night which is absolutely great. Last week i was struggling though as he was barely making 3 hrs at night during his feed & was making a lot of grunting/groaning noises. So i took him for his weekly weigh in at my local pharmacy clinic and after chatting to her i now feed differently at night and it's now a dream where he's sleeping six hours. He barely cries, only when he's really really hungry.

Weighed him the other day & his now 4.8kg's and 5 weeks old...

It sure is quiet here! Lo's keeping you busy?

I must say Morgan is a dream, with my mum's last days we have been going to the malls almost daily! I love Centurion Mall as they have excellent feeding rooms for breastfeeding. Thereafter i put her in the Jeep carrier and we carry on. She has to remain upright after feeds cos we are battling with winds and cramps... then she's transferrred to the travel system... Its been great!

Like i said, the only thing is winds and cramps... taking her to Stork's Nest tomorrow for a free weigh in that the clinic offers so will see what advice they offer...

Any advice here will be greatly appreciated too! Its not that bad that she is constantly crying, but i can see it hurts her when she has to break the ones that get stuck!

We were due together on the same day (the 28th of Jan...). I can only imagine how frustrated i would be if that were me! ((((HUGS)))

Its official... I think I am the last one standing !! Was 40 wks yesterday and can't' believe I've made it this far!
Think my little monkey is too comfy in there LOL
If nothing by monday then will have to be induced - although all is healthy doc won't let me go past 41 wks.

Congrats to all the new mommies... All your babies are too beautiful!! Enjoy every minute and keep chatting.. Its so nice to read everyones updates.
