Good day ladies!!

Was discharged from hospital yesterday :) Doc was satisfied with the results of all the tests they did...sugar levels were constant and the meds I'm taking is working

Today I'm back at work and got the go ahead from my doc that I can stop working on 21st of December which is next week...it's only a week and a half basically :woohoo:
Just finishing up some of my work before I leave...

I have been receiving a few gifts (stuff that I actually still needed for the baby) from the people at work

Other than that, I'm feeling quite good...dealing with the aches and pains as they come. All I know is that this boytjie is very heavy!!!

Have a great day...

Anthea just looked at your naked tummy photo, oh gosh don't apologize, mine would make yo'll faint hahahahaha it's like 100 shades darker than the rest of my body hahaha and it's so sharp, like yours is nice and round...mine no it's all forward, even with my firstborn I was carrying like that, like I'm pregnant with a rugby ball

Am feeling so much better today, so glad...

Greeting greetings

Juwayraj so glad to hear you are doing well!!!!! Hope you can go home soon.

Today has been very weird. I'm now not able to be in a car without holding my stomach on the pantyline, bumps and bends are so sore. Also when she moves, I have to hold down there or ouch ouch ouch. I don't know how to explain it, it's not like painful, but it's take-my-breath-away kind of "pain". It literally feels like she's moving things in there aside and dropping lower. Even when she kicks above my belly button, it's like I'll see her foot outside my body the way it stretches. I am sooooo uncomfortable.....typing with one hand now.... Some sensations bring tears to my eyes. Glad my male colleague is on leave, cos my hands are going down there a lot. It's funny how we struggle with these pains before labour, but when labour comes we somehow handle it.
But ya, I'm 35+3 weeks today, I'll just take it as her getting ready. The BH are also worse...

Ouch this guy is standing next to me and I wanna hold down there.....go!!!!!!!...... She's stretching so much....

Can't wait to see gynae on Saturday. Will be glad to see what's actually happening in me, just to tune my mind in you know....

Apart from that, just normal aches and pains, nothing new...

Just wanna get home and lie down with my hips elevated NOW!!!!

Hi All

I have just written a post but don't know where it dissapeared to ....

I'm doing quite well and my sugar levels are behaving themselves which means the meds that I'm taking is working. I am also getting in a lot of rest but misses my kids a lot. (Its only been 1 day, lol)I'm hoping to go home today but 1st have to see what doc says.
Baby is also doing well and is very active!

Chat later!!

Nexium will change your life ladies - I highly recommend it for hearburn! My Dr said its perfectly safe after 28 weeks and they give it to newborn babies sometime. I take 1 tab every 3 days and can eat anything I want without getting heartburn :-) .. I was drinking a big bottle of Gaviscon a week before that.

@Cherikey, my friend gave me a Lou Harvey Bag - love them!!

I washed all my linen this weekend... going to wash the clothes next weekend then pack my bags.
By the way do you ladies use normal washing powder or special washing liquid for babies?

@Anthea, no it's a Lou Harvey bag... Really really want one. Going to take some stuff to a secondhand store here in Pietermaritzburg to get some money for the bag. I agree, the worst is when it comes up in your sleep. I've also been getting mild cramping/period like pains... Not nice!
