Haha, i remember leaking milk in my 3rd trimester first time around. Dh thought it very funny

especially the timing
Nels, i feel more prepared than i did the first time. I cant remember any kind of techniques, it all happenned too quickly and i was just panicking because the midwife wasnt there yet. So all i concentrsted on was not pushing until she got there but it was extremely difficult and painful. So i would definitely recommend calling your midwife sooner rather than later.
I will maybe get a book or someth again, not sure if i will go for more classes... this time my biggest focus is to get to the birth centre EARLY and to not panic, because everything about out birth was so beautiful but i was scared, and i dont want that this time. I want to feel in charge. I think it wouldve been different if midwife was there sooner, as she wouldve been anle to guide me into what was happening when, but instead i was told to not push while hubby was runn7ng around like a crazy person boiling water for the midwife so that ut was ready when she arrived and getting stuff ready. Big problem is that i just didnt realise i was in labour... i expected it but thought it would take longer, so i went to sleep. Woke up 3 hours later and was in full on pushing mode. And if your body wants to push then its a mission to hold it back.
Just grateful that we were able and so blessed to have it all at home. Was amazing to just get into bed after it all with our newborn son. And we all slept for hours!
