Hi ladies, glad the appointments went so well

good morning ladies,

so glad all the scans went well. these baibies are growing nicely.

o no, Dearhel, hope you feel much better soon.

Ctelly, glad you enjoyed the classes.
my birthplan is to go natural with absolutely no meds or intervention.
i also want some skin to skin time emediately after baby is born and do not want any interferance till baby is nursing for the first time.

so i tried to test some foods out over the weekend to see what is aggravating the heartburn. and the 2 worst things are chocolates and bread. this is not great for me, i do not want to cut out chocolates from my diet
but the biggest discovery is that it is only bearable if i do not eat more than 4 or 5 bites at a time.
so this morning i had a banana for breakfast. at 9 i had a rusk with coffee and just now ate an orange, and so far the heartburn is here, but bearable.
this is not great, because i can have only a little for dinner, then have i tiny snack before bedtime, but then i'm super hungry during the night

Ctelly I'm also gonna start antenatal classes but they are done over 4 weeks on Wednesday evening, wish I could also get it done over one day too

Bellyhearts glad your appointment went well

Our appointment went well. Baby is doing well and Gyn said he's happy with baby's development. He weighs just under a kg and is very tall. While doing the 3D scan he was eating and also did a little pee Very active lil chap.

Next appointment 20 June then I'll start seeing Gyn every second week.

We're going for a babymoon on 12-14 June I can't wait I really need a break!!

Ayesha So good to hear from you. How are you doing? Still praying for you everyday! Miss having you here to chat to.

What a weekend! I've never ever liked Mondays, but I am so glad this weekend is over!
I had really bad back ache on Friday, and when I woke up on Saturday morning the muscle in my lower back had gone and cramped!
I could barely move. Took many many hot water bottles, massage and a really really hot bath to get the cramp released.
Still in a little bit of pain, but feeling so much better.

Gynae appointment and scan tomorrow! Then 4D scan on Friday!
Can't wait!!
(Definitely gonna ask the gynae about my back...)

Stella, you little boy is too gorgeous! and so perfect!

Hmmm... Birthplan... as natural and med free as is humanely possible.. Other than that, no specific plan. Told the dr there is no way I'm having a c-section unless it's an absloute emergency.
Don't know what else I need to specify, if anything.

Good morning Ladies, hope you all had a great weekend, good info shared on the uif, thanks. Our HR will assist me with mine, between our company and HR they must ensure that I'm not financially worse off than I would have been, if I wasn't pregnant.. its stated like that in our policy.
So glad your appointment went well bellyhearts.
We attended our antenatal class on Saturday. it was so overwhelming. we did so many things, started at 8:00 and only walked out there at 16:30. at the end of the day - they convinced me to go for natural birth using only gas, no epidural.. worst case if its a ceaser I'm okay with anything that's safe and worthwhile.. now I just have to prepare myself mentally for all the pain ahead.. (oh boy!)

what are you birth plans ladies?

Hi ladies! My appointment went very well, Dr is very happy with baby and everything else. She is crazy busy, can't imagine she even gets a bit of sleep. She weighs 1.3kg doubled from last month.
