Daerhel, I know what you mean about the back pain - I totally overdid it sorting out cupboards this weekend and also ended up with seriously sore lower back - also needed back rubs, hit water bottles and lots of stretching to try soothe it. Anyone know if we're allowed Deep Heat in 2nd Trimester? (I believe 3rd starts at beginning of week 27 Kiara, at least from what my books say)

Who's everyone doing? My next app is on the 1st June, so next Monday. Can't wait to see my little guy.

Question: When does the 3rd trimester start? I'm getting conflicting information on the net...

Ctelly, thats great that the posture changed helped.
i think the baby's position also have an impact, i didnt have any heartburn with G, but he was lying so low that it constantly felt like he was just about to fall out.

Kel16, be thankful that you do not have it.

my next scan is still in 2 weeks time, thereafter every 3 weeks until due date.

i haven't had any heart burn as yet. think the main thing I'm suffering from is exhaustion. yesterday my feet felt so sore after not really being on them for that long. they didn't look swollen, but could feel them aching. DH was so sweet, gave me a foot rub

Good luck with your heartburn Stella, I only had heartburn once.. and this may sound strange but as soon as I corrected my posture (sit up straight) it gradually went away. This was just my experience, not sure if there is a direct influence between posture and heartburn ?
