@LouiseMarie - Oh and yes I have a breast pump ready. My husband bought the medela electric pump for me. I heard from my sister that it works well so hopefully I will not have any trouble.

@LouiseMarie - I was a little shocked at first but I am happy to know that I am not alone. I see you have 10 week left before you r c-sec. I have 8 weeks and 4 days left before mine
My I ask how may weeks you will be pregnant then? I know that the doctors leave the baby in as long as possible but I will be 39 weeks the day of my scheduled c-sec and I really hope that I will not go into natural labor before then. My doc said he will monitor me the weeks leading up to it so I guess there is a chance that my c-sec my be a week earlier

Zandri, great news on the leaking... lol! Hope you have a breastpump ready to take to hospital? Mine also this week started turning golden yellow. It's a relief to know the colostrum is under way for baby's first feed.

So today marks 10 weeks to my scheduled c-sec!!! Last week of double digits...

Good Morning Ladies

I know there was the topic about breast leaking before the birth and I didn't really comment, but guess what?? It started happening to me last night. I was in the shower and I noticed some yellowish clear liquid on both my nipples (think the warm water had something to do with it) Anyway afterward I checked them and yes if I squeeze them just a little some liquid comes out I was totally shocked because I really thought it would only happen closer to the birth or perhaps afterwards LOL everything just got very real

But besides my surprise last night I actually had a good night sleep for a change - only got up about 3 times to go to the bathroom

@Juanita - I can only imagine how terrified you must have been after your lg went down the stairs. But she is very beautiful - how old is she know?

@PP - love the poem

Found this pic on one of the forums. My lg was in her walking ring and her dad was "watching" her when she went down 2 steps. My poor nunu was so little was our first visit to ER! Seems pointless now but looking back i was so scared she broke her nose or had a concussion.

@ Kimmy, glad your app went well. Also had a appointment for today but got moved to next week

@PP i think we all worry, i know i do but i just put my trust in God and it calms me. Last night my MIL was telling me how my sil was sick before she went in for the birth and then her lb was born with a bad case of pneumonia. He turned out ok but he was in ICU for a week or so. This little bit of info really could've been kept to herself i feel as im already worried and sick and i dont need anymore stress.

Went to my house dr today, have a bad case of throat and ear infection and flu. Lets hope the meds work quickly coz i hate feeling this awful!! I have however decided to hell with the rest and im taking some sick leave until i feel better. Need to be selfish as i dont have just myself to think about.

@lily, appointment went well, baby is 2kgs.
I might have to go in at 38 weeks instead of 39. Baby kicks tend to be really sore sometimes i thought it was from my previous scar but am bruised
So he said will talk about it when i come next. But all is well
