MOVED FROM PF - APRIL 2010

Hi Ladies

Gosh soon all of us will have had our babies, looking forward to all your birth stories.

I took Luke to the breastfeeding clinic today to be weighed and he picked up over 500g in a week and they are very happy with that, he is feeding great! He now weights 4.1kg, my big boy

Can't wait for my 6 week check-up appointment, as I want to know that all is fine with my body and want to ask her about what contraception I should go on as I really am eager to have sex again (sorry if its too much info ) Want her to give me the A-OK before we start again!

Almost feed time so gotta go....

Hey sweetypie, sounds promising! Hope the doc has some good news for you and you are dialated etc when you go to your appointment!!!

As for the rest of you ladies... first babies are usually overdue.. that word is so damn scary though...being overdue sucks. Enjoy some nice warm baths now and lying around with no obligations if you can.. I know it is frustrating but in the first weeks when baby arrives you will really miss these things. Go to lunch with a friend, a movie.

I know, I know, easier said than done but I promise you you will miss these things at first.

I'm the same... still nothing! I still have 8 days until my due date though so I suppose I should just give it some more time. It's just difficult as yet ANOTHER friend had her baby this morning at 37.5 weeks and here I sit at 39 weeks with absolutely no sign of any appearance.

Only seeing my doctor on Monday - 2 days before my due date. Feels like these last few weeks have dragged along... Really getting impatient now.

pls share the things to try...

Sigh. Just got back from appt with the midwife. Only 1cm dialated and cervix still hard, so it could be a while yet. She's told me to do a couple of things which I'll try, but feeling pretty despondant. Todays my DD

Well... another day.... and still no sign of Bean! A friend went into early labour yesterday and had her twins at 11pm last night... i think my baby is just lazy!!!!!

So - parking on the couch watching movies!

@NickyMG - i understand how you feel... i too am impatient!

No news from my side - I'm just on the couch relaxing. Growing impatient which I'm sure isn't helping the situation.

A friend in Germany had her baba this morning - 8 days overdue. EEEEEK! I hope that's not me!!
