Hello there all - i know this is like TMI - but i'm excited... just had my "show"... I also know this does not mean "pack your bags and hotfoot it down to the hospital" but definate signs of things moving forward!

Oh this site is so much better than that stupid Pampers forum. So glad to be in contact with my favourite preggy ladies and mommies again! Who else has had their little ones since I was last online??

Tips, well shes told me to keep on taking the Evening Primrose oil orally with all my vitamins. I'm taking 3 500mg tablets every morning. she's also told me to have sex:)

One Evening Primrose oil capsule vaginally at night - you need to prick the ends of the capsule open with a pin.

I need to keep on squatting regualrly to encourage baby to descend and also try sit on my gym ball often as this also help to open up the pelvis. She told me (this one is going to be hard) to stop sitting in a reclined position as this often "pulls" the baby out of a reclined position. She also said I can try taking 3 caulophallus balls under my tougue each day if I feel comfortable with homeopathic stuff, as well as start taking some rescue remedy because she thinks with my SIL wedding and all the guests I havent allowed myself to relax which may be interfearing with the release of oxytosin.

If I havent gone into labour by next week she'll do a stretch and sweep:(

I'm still here as well Went to my back-up gynae today again. I'm a bit disappointed because she did not even do an internal, so I have no idea if I am dilating or if anything is happening...she just said that I must give it time. My due date is tomorrow The gynae said that since my first daughter was 2 days overdue, we can expect this one to be late as well, as they usually follow the same pattern. I didn't know that...I thought since it's my second, she'll come earlier.

@Claudia_B: Please could you share some of the tips your midwife gave you...at this point I'm willing to try anything.

I hope that something happens soon - I know I'm harping on it (and it's probably not helping), but it's driving me crazy. I'm so anxious for the labour and birth - not to mention the excitment of meeting my little bub after 9 whole months! Hold thumbs for someone to announce the arrival of their LO tomorrow...secretly, I'm hoping it's me

Just thought I'd share that those intense pelvic pains have subsided since I stopped work. I'm getting a better nights sleep and don't feel like I'm walking around like someone's kicked me down there. It would appear that my doc (and DH) were right that I needed to slow down.

I've got about 1 day's supply of that homeopathic induction cocktail left...so far I think it's done nothing
