The sippy cups are quite small and you may think "Huhh" but they are just perfect for little hands to hold.

I was also thinking about going and buying J some nice warm shoes because his toes get so cold in just his socks!

Misty at about 10 months my LB took to a straw like a duck to water, he drinks out of them quite happily. He has a Sippy cup (The Elodie Details that I sell with Being a 4 a Kid Agent but He also has an Avent sippy which is great. I aso have a Pigeon Mag Mag but use that mostly as a spare.

Lauren the Sr Lillians is about R70 and it is called Rescue Rest. It works very well but you must use it exactly like they say and treat him acutely at first. It will take alittle while to start working.

Misty - I have tried to give Jensen a straw cup and he looks at it and throws it away, or alternatively, like Noah, just chews on it. Also tried a sippy sup with a soft teeth and he shoves his finger into it...

2kidmamma - I think I will try to get thatSr Lillian rescue remedy stuff - sounds like it might help because im on the brink of sleep deprivation...

I guess it's teething time for our Little one's, I dont remember my LG being as miserable when she teethed, then again men are such babies when they ill I hope the teeting phase passes very quickly for all of us, I hate the sickness that comes with the teeting. I am using Prodol, Ponstan and then I got Vibrocyl nose drops and Prospan Cough Mixture which has actually made a difference.

Are you LO's drinking from a straw already, I tried this with Noah and he just bites the straw, any tips on teaching are welcome. I still haven't invested in a Sippy Cup either was looking at the Nuk one with a soft spout but not sure please advise what you are using for your LO's.

lauren im coming there on holiday and then my mom is going for a operation and ill be there to look after her for 2 weeks then come back here. my son has another tooth. 11 teeth now. i can't wait for this to finish. there is talk of me staying though and trying to get funds to build our house again and then my husband join me and we stay there rather. we were much happier there. time will tell i guess.
