Vix, i'm not an expert on what you can do all down there, but yes i was more thinking of those clamp things. Don't your hormones go crazy with those as well? Just asking as i've said - don't know much of these things.

forgot to tell you guys what happened yesterday. i haven;t bled for a few days and decided to not wear a pad yesterday. i went to spar yesterday with cameran and all of a sudden i poured! i stood there not wanting to move. disgusting. thanks to the Lord above ii decided to wear black pants. i made my way to the loo there to stuff toilet paper in my panties, shit it was gross. so much blood. lesson learned.

took emily to be weighed this morning - she's picked up 440g in 8 days, she weighs 3.38kg now - birthweight at 2.84kg 15 days ago. well done baby girl! pretty chuffed with myself. this breastfeeding experience is proving very successful - ashley didn;t gain like that. mind you, she had reflux...

got some autrin today for iron levels. hope it helps with the tiredness and all. vix - will let you know.

are any of you stretching your babies night feeds yet? em is 3hrs morning noon and night. battling with the night feeds way too much. just too tired.

I haven't taken my iron tabs the past few days for fear they mess with the milk tabs but man am i suffering for it, i can barely focus.

the milk tabs seem to be working but very slowly, i am a bit dissapointed i kinda expected to wake up to regular boobs. They are so sore and sensitive since i started taking the tabs, my nipples feel like chaffing clitoris' they burn and sting. not nice at all!
