Here are some pics from my maternity shoot, they were taken on 5 Jan- the hottest day in Cape Town so far - it was already in the 30's by 9am!!

Mina - congrats!!! Cant wait to see pics of Bernice!

Maryke - wow, the boys are picking up weight nicely! I hope you have called the Dr today? I also heard from a friend that there are tablets you can take to make sure everything is ok when you are bleeding so heavy still, must be like Kimika said. But please check it out! My Dr would not do the Mareina at the c-sec, but then it was a complicated birth, I had mine done this week, wasnt as bad as I thought, but gynae appointments are only exciting when you are pregnant, pap smears etc are never exciting!

Chris, oh friend, I am thinking of you all the time, my heart is breaking for you! I was telling hubby last night and he just said, shjoe! I can believe that you are all cried out! I wish I could give you something to take your mind off everything! We are all holding thumbs you get released on saturday. I am sure your family is supporting Ricky, his heart must also be breaking for you! I just wish the time to fly by for you! hugs and more hugs!!! xxx

Vix, is the sterilisation just a day procedure? I know about the feeling of an oopsie... as much as I would love a third, I dont think I would handle the pregnancy right now... and DH would run away LOL! Hope the bottle feeding is going well, how is the tabs for the milk to stop going?

Kimika, you are not fussy, just organised. I kind of have a few bags somedays, one if we out the whole day, one for quick trips, one for just Missy, and one if just Nathan. But I know I am going to slip up oneday... wish I was more organised but with this pregnancy I am just not worried about these things! I never even had a bag packed until 5am on the morning that my waters broke...

Oh, I got a call from Huggies today to say I won a R100 voucher for a promotion I entered last year! I'm not too impressed with Huggies newborn, going back to Pampers newborn and was told to try the PicknPay brand (anyone tried them?).

I also won some sticker things for potty training through Moomie, so now its just to win the Lotto...LOL. All little things, but every little bit helps!

Finally I have a few minutes to spare.
My LG is born Friday evening at 20min past 10 and she is just "pragtig" I love her to bits. Got out of hospital on monday and had my oldest LGs birthday party yesterday. What a hectic week so far.

Thanks for all your thoughts. Will post my birth story tonight and maby have more time for personals. It will probably take a while to get settled in the now routine. Bernice needs a feed now so I will chat later and post some pics aswell

MommyN, Im actually starting to think that Im too full of fussyness when it comes to bags But I want the little pockets on the side for bottles and the inside lining etc blah blah.. what a mission Woolies has a great one now but then I dont like the color.. argh, Im giving myself a pain in the behind! LOL Also Im one of those girls that dont like unpacking into a new bag as I have all my goodies that I always carry around.

Vix, Im with you on that one.. Im also absoluteley loving the near 2yr old stage much more than the baby part! And my son has already started *bullying* my belly so I hope that it wont get worse once little bro is born!

Chris, my heart is really bleeding for you guys!! Im praying that you get well soon and can go home to your family! It must be really hard for hubby to be home alone with the 3 babies.. has he got some help? Hey, I really hope those nurses allow atleast a laptop in with you so you can chat on moomie!!! *demand technology now!!!!*

Chris- I hope they send you home soon, the important thing is that you are fit and well because the A-Team are going to have you rushed off your feet.

Maryke- wow, your boys have really been putting onn weight beautifully! Mine were still only 2.3 and 2.6 last week but it's because they were on breast milk, it doesn't have nearly as many calories as formula but now they are on more formula they should start picking up. I'm giving them Lactogen too. Jono is like Aiden, he wants food every e-rhrs but I never allow it before 3 so he wakes and moans and cries but I just entertain him until it's been a full 3hrs or I wouldn't have time for anything else. I'm so pleased you're getting good nights sleeps, totally jealous but I'm really pleased for you because I know how much you need it after a full day with 2.

I might have to postpone my steralization because we have no one to help DH look after the kids. Ridiculous really when you consider that I cope all day alone with 3 but I suppose women have better coping skills? I'm a bit miffed because I just want to get done because I'm way too scared of an oopsie.

Lizelle- hot flushes? Are you talking about a hysterectomy? Hell no, I'm not having one of those, they're just going to put clamps on my tubes so no eggies can float down to the uterus.
