boy: Adriaan (my father's middle name)

Afrikaans names. Hubby usually agrees with me (is he maybe scared of me???)

Am not really creative so my names would always be plain and simple. But you guys have some great names!

Chan - hope you get better soon.
Lizelle - hope you get your wish of a little girl.
Sterrretjie - sorry you couldn't see the gender.

Chris - good luck with the names. Also saw on babcity website that they sell the Angel care mat and 'plug in thing' seperately. For multples. I bought a Snuza Halo - which clips onto the nappy it senses the movement of the belly as the baby breathes - if the lo stops breathing it sends a vibration to stimulate the LO if there still is no movement it sends out an alarm. It normally retails for 725/750 but I got it at the baba indaba at th expo they sold at R500. I will still get a baby monitor, but can get a less pricey one. Or on the baby and company website where the Angelcare monitor is on special for R999.00 I think or R899.

SexyHexy - I feel the same sometimes- worry if everything is still ok - can't wait for the next scan to see if growth is on track. Hope you get to see the gender on the 3d/4d scan.

For those interested in the tommee tippie bottles - a 3 pack 260ml is on special at Clicks for R99 - normaly the 2 pk costs R139. But you have to phone around to make sure they have stock. Went to Canal Walk - nothing - phoned - Tygervally- nothing - Called Paarl Mall - had 4 asked them to keep 2 for me. When I got there they had sold it. Luckily they then phoned around for me. Eventually got at Gardens in CPT.
I'm only buying things that are on special at the moment. Have to save as much as possible.

Well, I really like th ename Kenzo (which also means 3), dh isn't overly thrilled about it, and got dirty looks from my mil, but it makes it difficult then for 2 girls names to go with it. A boys name we do both agree on is Alessandro (would call Sandro for short), I like Alexia, dh not too thrilled about it, or Ava-Irene (Irene my late moms name) DH doesn't like "ava", becaus eI cant stand the movie wall-e, i kept mocking the robot calling "Eeeeeeva" and dh mocks ava cos of that...... But Im trying to convince him about Alexia at least. MIL keeps saying to me/us, go for old school names its much better and in fashion again...... (personally), I like old school names for us, and them and so forth, but I like different, not so common names what a bugger.

SexyH, I think another must is monitor, I went past babycity and they sell just the mats with the plug thing separate (I think it was about R800/900)

Vix...if you get online again...I know we have talked about this before...but what do you think is the most important stuff to buy now...since I don't have anything except a cot and compactum? We budgeted for round about R5000 for our next trip to Bloem. For now I have the twin pram and two carseats. What else would you suggest I buy?

Well...if we do see sexes on next appointment, we will decide on names. Kaylee is a definite one for a girl...and I saw the name Cassidy, but will change it to Kassidy...if DH likes it

For boys...I like the name Logan...but eish...what other name can I use that starts with an L?

Hi everyone, sorry for being quiet again.
Bad week and sad weekend coming up...my cousins daughter of only 22 died on Tuesday. So funeral is tomorrow in CT.

Chris i was @ Ackermans here by me (Swellendam - Western Cape)yesterday...they also have more girl stuff than boys, and more kids stuff than for the mom's and dad's. But this little town needed a place to cater for kiddies and babies. The mall's are a bit far from us.
I ended up buying one outfit for baby...hmmm and for not knowing the sex but hoping this time it's a girl (and everyone telling me it's a girl) i ended up buying the cutest lillte girl outfit ...was thinking if baby is a boy, i'll give it to my little sis that is having a girl now in September LOL. Naughty me! DH just smiled. LO said (Afrikaans:)"sussie se klere" lol. We'll have to wait till the 7th and found out

We have a girl name ever since we chose a name for LO - it will be Kayden, and DH doesn't want anything else - he said we decided a long time ago on this one...but for a boy there is still a few options.
And i'm aware that most people call they're boys Caden...so i changed the spelling a bit to look more girly.

AFM- I had a little kick last night (not a bubble feeling) this little one is more quiet than LO was. I felt LO @ 16weeks hard enough so that my mom also felt the kick, but this one is a bit more quiet and softer still. But i'm in week 16 so i'll give baby some time

As most of you know i dont suffer from morning sickness....but this morning was close. DH had this Biltong in the fridge (still a bit on the wet side) well that smell of the meat almost had me going LOL.

Chan sorry to hear you are sick. I had flu last week and was on antibiotics for 5 days - felt really crap. Still struggling with post nasal drip but at least I am feeling much better.
