Betty_F, at last! No matter how, your LG is safely in your arms. Good on you for trying VBAC, but in the end, know that things happened the way they were supposed to.

To the rest, hopefully I will be less scarce from now on. With all the public holidays and DH and my son also being home, I hardly had a moment to spare. I plan to just chill at home from Tuesday onwards. Went to work to sort my 3G out so I can work a bit from home and ended up being at work for 3.5 hours, 2 days in the last week. Monday I'm going for my newborn shoot and the clinic visit and to take cake and stuff to work for my birthday, so also a busy day. But really, Tuesday I'm going to sleep late (after getting up early to sort my DH and son out for the day) and just relax in front of the TV.

To those ladies in the last few weeks, hold on and enjoy the last bit of being kicked from the inside.

On the maternity pads issue... Yes, they are gross, but if there is heavy bleeding you will be glad you have them. Trust me, the normal heavy duty ones are not the same. And I'm not even talking about my abnormal heavy bleeding from day 9 with the clots. I'm talking about the first 2 days. So, buy at least 1 pack for when you are in hospital, because I went through my 1st pack in a flash.

Thanks Philipajane will go there for the baby things (yayee for the banana Loaf havent baked since moving here) and i guess Laurakm and MsDee mentioned for the mee part the pads and all. Thanks for that have to at least do somethin.

Thamu, philipajane said it all but since I hate walking around I got 90% of my stuff from Babycity. Dis-chem & Edgars are also my favs.

Thamu - go to Dischem or even PnP and check the pads out. I think mine are Kotex and on them it has how absorbent they are - just get the one with the highest absorbency!

OOOH Congratulations Betty_F i am soo happy you are holding the baby, either way the positive outcome is all we look forward to. I do hope mom gets to rest and take car of Sarah Rose.
