What worked for you - what didn't?

I dressed dylan in a vest and babygrow under the sleeping bag but we didnt'have the panel heater. Start with that and if lo is too hot then remove the vest. I doubt it though.

Ginah I put her bath on top of the chest of drawers and bath her there. She does splash water all over the carpet but what can you do? She's having fun.

Kristin if you have a chest of drawers where do you put the bath when bathing baby? I dont wanna
bath her in the bathroom as we have one of those deep ones.

I am having my second LG in September and since I was not working I didnt buy much only bought what I needed.

What came in handy
The cot
The pram even though I hated the fact that it was bulky and filled in the whole boot.Rather get a smaller pram.
Those bathing assisting thingies Joli was talking about, loved those.
The Fisher price swing helped esp. at night when I wanted to sleep and bay was awake.

Marijke carefull not to give gift back to the person that gave it to you in the first place.lol

What I regretted buying:
That expensive bottle warmer/Pouch from Avent.
The Avent bottles, wanna try Tommy tippe this time.
Too many newborn nappies and too many size 2 nappies.

Just a quick question, this is my first winter baby. When using a sleeping bag, what do I dress baby in underneath? I dont want to overheat the poor thing.
