Good day ladies
Maryka, sounds like there is a lack of care from your gyne, I mean, that is the least that anyone would do, I would expect that as well, especially considering that you are pregnant, and you know what they say about infections.
Personally, I would talk to the gyne myself and request that she explain what is wrong and / or, get another gyne. With my first baby, I was fortunate to get a good man gyne, and I came at him with a whole lot of questions that he answered, you know how it is mos when it's your first child, I mean, I did research, talked to friend, the whole bunch, kept my self busy with pregnant magazines and went "preggy crazy" but, at least I educated myself and now, I know what is what.
The fact that you are hoping that all is well, is good, cause sometimes, all you need to do is have faith, that will get you through and believe me, little one will be safe so, don't worry, in the mean time, sort the issue of the infection out.
Research has shown that infections may bring about pre - term labour if not treated in time, so ask all the questions and if you are still not satisfied with your gyne, you have the option of going and getting a second opinion. Freedom of choice, exercise it girl!!
