Had the scan. All looks well. 13 weeks and going strong.

He says I'm going to be massive because I'm showing so much already and my uterus is already so large.

Nice.

OMW! What a day to feel ! Wish this day was over that I can go home

Adele - with my first pregnancy I bled a lot during the first weeks. It turned out to be a low lying placenta and then it was due to some hormones. it was luckily in the end nothing to worry about. I would suggest you phone your gynea and tell him/her the amount of bleeding and then the gynea will decide if it is necessary to see him/her or not. Hope it stops soon! Good luck!

Monday is babelaas day, even if you are not drinking

Ronel, I also get that, only for a couple of minutes, usually connected with a smell and its gone. Boerewors that just starts to cook is the worse smell in the world for me right now

Today, though I have been feelling bleh like the whole time. I have a theory that some of my nauseousnous is connected with how tired I am.

The weekend was fun though! Should definately do it again. Just had some bleeding over the weekend, not alot, but still. Went to my Sister, she is a Radiographer and is currently specialising in sonars. Took a scan. Couldn't see to much, but there is definately something, and we could see movement, which should be the heart

Bleeding has stopped, but I am not sure whether I should call the gynae, or just leave it. My appointment is only for the 15th of November.

Our weekend was extremely busy and I am so tired, I could sleep for a week even tough I went to bed before 9 last night.

Last night I made wors and eggs for supper. I just couldn't stomach the smell of the wors not even talking about eating it! It was so weird. I have MS but it just appears out of the blue and lasts a few minutes and then it is gone again. I have sinus at the moment so not feeling too well and wish I could go home.

I first appointment with gynea is next monday (7 nov), can't wait!

Hope you all had a good weekend? Our weekend was nice, had friends over on Saturday evening but I was sick with MS all day Saturday and yesterday. Went yesterday to visit my cousin in hospital who had her baby early yesterday morning. The cutest little thing you have ever seen. Born at 36 weeks, decided he wasn't going to wait for the Doctor to take her cerclage out on Thursday. But all went well and he is great. Weighs 3kg;s already so that's really good. She did it without any epidural or intereference and followed the Hypnobirthing methods which worked wonders. So if any of you are planning natural it may be worth looking into Hypnobirthing.

My MS is so bad this morning. I threw up so much before I left for work it wasn't even funny but I feel ok now. Sometimes (sorry tmi) I either just need some good old fashioned dry heaving or to actually throw up and then I feel much better for the whole day. I'm 8 weeks on Thursday so it can only be the worst hitting me now, hopefully it wont get worse than this.

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend... inspite of the Sharks losing... congrats Lions! I took myself off to my GP on saturday morning because I woke up with a raging fever... flu & a throat infection. He's had to put me onto betamox which is penicillin because the infection was heading for my chest- I'm asthmatic and anytime a cold or flu moves to my chest I end up with chronic bronchitis, so he wants to nip it in the bud now. He also did a quick scan- he has an scan machine in his rooms, and everything looks 100's. We could clearly see bean's spine and heartbeat and the legs were doing a little dance. My next appointment with my gynae is only on 1 December... a whole month away!! But it will be a big one, with a fetal assesment scan etc etc and hoping to find out if we're team blue or team pink. Who else is looking to find out?
