@ Sons, what a cutie pie! I have had breastfeeding problems from the very start from not latching to nipple shields to mot having so much milk. I had to top up with formula and now she is lazy and prefers the fast flowing bottle although I expresses milk for her too but only manage to make one bottle a day. But I guess that is better than nothing although it has been VERY stressful and disappointing for me. Are you going to keep trying to get back onto the breast.

I had problems delivering the placenta as parts would just not come out and the parts that did were breaking in pieces and the doctor wanted to send me for surgery to have it removed by luckily he could get all of it out. That was even more painful than the actual birth and don't ever want to go through that again. Well at my 8 week check up :tmi: i was still bleeding and when he took a scan there were still pieces of placenta left. :( Thank goodness I didnt get sick or anything and have a suspicion that because all of it wasent removed lead to my milk supply been so low.

Other than that all good and little Rosalie is picking up weight nicely and weighs 4.8kg :woohoo: - its been a difficult road for her.

How is all the other ladies doing? I am sure that our baby's are keeping all of us so busy

Aaw nunu!! He looks soo sweet!

Hope you recover and back to full strength soon!!
Breastfeeding also got off to a rocky start for me, I had really badly cracked nipples, and used to almost scream out loud when she latched on!

It seems as if I can only post short messages lol! Tried to send too long a reply!
I have been sick the last week still trying to get over the flu! I had to pump out milk for little one as I had no strength in me to hold my baby too feed him! NowI think that he wants the fast flow of a bottle oops! Not that breastfeeding has been a breeze from the start! Anyone else have breastfeeding issues?

Hi Ladies. How's the babies? I think we are due for some new pics of the babies!

Am using the moomie app- so much better than on the phone!

@lolabunny, my husband gets quite upset when the baby screams in her car seat. She gets red in her face and chokes and coughs! He just ends up screaming at me "to just carry her". It's very stressful when we all go somewhere!
But now I make sure she is full, even if it's an hour away from when I expect her to need a feed! And she seems to last a bit longer (or fall asleep). The music (I have tried varying types, white noise as well) does not seem to make a diff! Thankfully the nanny is at home during the week, so unless she needs to be somewhere, I leave her at home.

Is anybody exercising?

@Maj - Dischem and Clicks were so convenient the first time around - and you get points and cashback etc.; but this time they just never have stock so if MKem goes well, I will just go there. Ayla is so in love with her sister now - always wants to hug and kiss her and talks to her when I need to do something. It's really so sweet! My husband says we need to keep reminding her to be quiet for her sister, but I think her sister just needs to get used to the noise and it's getting much better in that regard. It's hard enough to have your number 1 status taken away, and then you have to be quiet all the time?? I am the oldest sister, and I can imagine how she feels lol!

Chloe screams blue murder in the car seat - the best way is to make sure she is asleep before we put her in the car and then OWL CITY is the only music that calms her when she wakes up. Someone recommended death metal :woohoo: apparently the sounds are so similar to white noise? I haven't done that yet, because Owl City works so well for us :silly:
Sometimes, she just won't stop and we pull over and just calm her down and then back in her seat with the music turned up. I would never have her out of the carseat, our friends are doing that, but it is just too dangerous. She will either cry herself to sleep or calm down from the music
