@ JayBee: so sorry to hear about the dog bite! I would be SO angry. Have you had a tetanus shot recently? Have you managed to track her down?

Anyone else addicted to birth videos? And sob their eyes out every time? Or am I just weird? Had an emergency c section last time and so desperately want a VBAC.

@LisaMcK, I wouldnt be impressed about strapping the belly!!

@Jay-Bee, thats hectic about the dog!! did she not realise that it bit you, maybe she was trying to get the dog away as quick aspossible. Animals do act strange though around pregnant woman. During my last pregnancy I was taking a walk, and this cat jumps out of the bush and "chasing" me. Im not a cat person, so i start walking in the opp direction, eventually ran as it looked ready to attack!!

@ninies, thanks for the link. I am trying to get my daughter excited, there are times wen she is, and others were she says she doesnt want the baby! She went and bought a babygrow for the baby when she was out with her grandparents, insisted thats what she was getting the baby in Mummy's tummy.

@MTC you are looking good. Initially i was hesitent about the bump being out so early, but now Im absolutely loving it!!

Hi there ladies

So went for the scan this morning and all is good with baba! Doctor confirmed it's a girl. So we're very excited. Now I can actually start collecting baby goods. Boy I actually have a lot to buy as we gave most of our stuff away from my son.

MTC - love your bump hun! You look beautiful!
Gib - I also feel flutters already and love it. Can't wait to feel baba kick and move - I loved that about my pregnancy!

Sorry I've been so quiet, I had major issues logging in but all sorted out...

I haven't managed to catch up on all your posts... But I hope you all well...

I'm 12 weeks and 2 days and heartburn has kicked in, will be seeing our baby again tomorrow. Really cannot wait.. Oh! Here is my 12 week bump.. Oh my heavens! Feel huge!

Starting to feel a few flutters and loving it!

@Maj - I put a mixture of sweets in there, some mentos (fruity ones), some smarties, some rascals and some speckled eggs. He is eating all the mentos out first...But yes, I also think it builds excitement and that sense of inclusion for them. I am very concerned that my son will feel left behind when the new baby arrives so I try to include him where ever I can.

@CDLK - I am taking preg omega aswell. The multivitamin and folic acid in the morning and the calcium and omega in the evening. I must say after taking the calcium in the evening I am fast asleep.
