Thanks JB! What time is your scan? I'm holding thumbs for you! Let us know how it went and what doc said. I hope you can see the gender or get an idea at least! At my 12w scan the doctor was convinced it's a little girl, but we'll confirm next week. Must say after having a boy I'll have to get used to the idea of a little girl!

@ Ninies, glad your scan went well. Congrats on the little boy but if he is not 100% sure the gender might change but I am sure that the 4D scan will pick it up.

@ MtC, it mustve been wonderful seeing baby again. I am going to ask the Doc how fast is the littles ones heartbeat as my gynae just said very fast and healthy but never actually told me.

@ MtB3, hee hee they always say the babies after the first one shows much quicker. Yip this time if year gets hectic and I cant wait till December holidays.

@ CDLK, wow 16w how times flies. Holding thumbs that you will find out the gender.

AFM, easy sailing but definitely getting a bump and getting a slight muffin-top. I put on my exercise pants and didn't even have to use the draw strings and it felt much tighter.
Going for my NT tests tomorrow at 13w2d and super excited and hope that everything is progressing well. It will be a great bonus if we can find out the gender as this weekend we are having a big family braai and telling his family. We have only told my mom and sister so far

Hi there ladies!

I have been missing for a while. Since the death of my MIL been a bit crazy and busy. Starting to quiet down a bit now.

Hubby and I went away for weekend, just the two of us. It was just what we needed. Didn't do much but was so nice to connect again. We are definitely going to do this at least twice a year!

All is good my side. Have our 16w scan next week Thursday, also going to take my son with. Will be almost 17w then actually. Can't wait! Hopefully we will have clarity then on gender.

I have been struggling with my skin, feel like a teenager. With my son I had no issues, this little one is a different story oi!

Sorry for being a bit AWOL. It has been hectic since coming back from Cape Town.

My bump is nice a big. Lady asked me when I am due to pop...I was like May, and she almost fainted, told me I look about 6 months already. The joys of child number 3!

I am having our 12 week next week Tuesday, at 12 weeks and 3 days. Still not going to find out the gender.

Work is hectic, we have our interim audit soon, so preparing for that along with the closing off for the year. Not fun, but got to be done.

How is everyone doing?

We went for our 16 week scan yesterday afternoon. All seems well. We took our son with us. He thought they were going to cut me open so that we could look at the baby...

Anyway, the doctor still said it is early, but it looks like a boy to him. My son wants a brother, but I think both hubby and I was hoping for a girl. But we dont really mind. I think when you have been waiting so long for it to happen you really dont mind what the gender is. Atleast we will know what to do with a boy as we have been there...

I am going to see if we can book a 4D scan for later this month.
