Oct/Nov 2008 mommies!

HI ladies.

Simone, I landed up making a nice cake. Everyone was so impressed so it was ok at the end.

Our weekend was nice, VERY relaxed. Did nothing yesterday but lie on the couch, sleep and watch tv. Just what I needed. I missed my mom a lot so didn't feel like doing anything.

I've just gone blank and I need to go drink my vits so I'll be back later!

Good morning ladies

Hope you all had a lovely mothers day. Ours was rainy and cold but had a houseful of family so it was nice but tiring too!!! Shrey didn't sleep all day and went to bed crying at 7:30pm but slept better than expected. He was very happy and absolutely sociable when everyone was there but as soon as it was just us all the moaning etc began because he was obviously very tired but still didn't want to sleep.

Nicole sorry about the fight hun, hope you guys sort it out soon - terrible start to the week but hope it gets better xxx

Julz sounds like you had a nice weekend and got spoilt too I love the cuddly, affectionate phases. Shrey these days will hold me tightly and say I love you lots ...... too flippen cute.

hope you all had a wonderful mothersday!!!!
mine was uber nice....chanel woke me with breakfast in bed that she made
m then took us to ocean basket for lunch...had sushi.....was sooooo nice!!!
then went clothes shopping as my gift...Super cool, coz I really needed clothes as almost nothing fits me anymore
but it was so nice to shop for me for a bit!!!

re what was said last week....I still get a sick taste in my mouth & my heart is broken about it
this has always been the place where I never had to act or hide something or be too scared & worried to post....but unfortunately that was destroyed with some very nasty comments
but I really hope that the friendships between us will build this group up to be where it was!!!!
Very important: Simone, it was NOT by any means you're fault!!!! We all love you too bits & we are all ecstatic about you're pregnancy!!!!! Cant wait to hear you're lil peanut's heart beat!!!

Re our posts......I'm one of those girls that come in maby once a week & quickly give a update about myself....I dont always reply or comment to everyone, coz I'm just not like that, so I hope that you are all fine with that xxx
You girls have been my rock so many times.....even without you knowing about it, but the fact that I can come here & read all the posts lets me forget about my shit for a few min & afterwards i've got new guts to take on what & whomever in my life.

afm, weekend was nice (had miserable weather though) but got spoilt for Mothers Day, DH and K bought me a c.d, an outfit and slippers Dh then ordered us a divine breakfast.

HOWEVER this morning Dh and I had a huge blow up!! Im so angry and upset at the moment!

Morning ladies

I had a nice quiet weekend. Had friends over on Saturday night so late night. We were going to go out yesterday but Neil isn't well and my chest is still not right so we literally relaxed all day. Can't think of a better way to spend Mother's day. Neil and Dylan bought me chocolates, flowers and a new braun hand blender so I was spoilt. Dylan was also extra cuddly yesterday. So nice.

Nelria it is so good to hear from you again. Wow you sound uber busy!!! Enjoy sorting the house out. It is awesome making a home your own. It has taken us more than 10 years to do it and it makes the home really special.

As for the puppy well just the adsl and alarm wires plus lots of toys already. He is flipping naughty and flipping cute. Luckily for him.

Zee lol at your moms comment. Ziani will settle down, I am sure, it just takes a while at this age. it will get better each day, but Monday's are tough.

Did u all have good mother's day? G made me lovely breakfast in bed yesterday. Went to butcher @ 8am to get sausage I wanted. Made ehggs, mushrooms, wedges, grilled tomato...lovely!! This morning he studies til 4am so I only got coffee and biscuits in bed. He and Addy bought me gold chain:-)

We told Addy to wish my mom: happy ma's day! So she says: happy you's day! Lol. Ma=you...duh mummy! Lol. Thought It was hilarious.

Did any of u eat runny eggs in pregnancy? I recall reading that the threat is more if its a bad egg?

afm - move is over so relieved, kids are well again and settled very cool, house still in modelling phase I have millions ideas so still extremely swamped wit cleaning, DIY, shopping, restoring etc and sending xen to school one more week so as to get ahead of game as still big shopping left to do

dining table, lounge set, side tables, carpets, curtains and then small stuff also for decor

also need to decide on colours for paint so lending some mags for ideas

then also in garden with gardener to monitor DEforesting the place and not loose nice plants in the process

oh and then unisa finalising my assignment

but next week my boy can stay home and i will continue small projects with him - he flourishes at home more than school I - think as lea needs school - but lately since new set-up has been crying to stay home ALOT grrrrrrrrrrrr

ok so after lea's illness she sudenly became big time mommies girl WOW I IS EXhausted she insist on me bathing her, pickeng her up 1st thing in morning, doing all her mundane tasks, sitting, feeding her ect - brett is heartbroken as she is big time rejecting all his GATKRUIP

afm I am exhausted from doing all her things and xens as i now only get to be by myself from 8 then sleep at 10 (but freaking brett then wants nookie grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr)

oh and cherry on top last 5 night xen back to hourly wakes I have now started from after 12 to turn monitor off till 4.30 then i dont know if he cries or not but sometimes he stilll wakes lea so back up again tending to both

think freakin teething grrrrrrrrrrr

on more jolly note he is walking up to 5 steps now toooooooooooo cute!!!!!!!!!

Lea is really good just demanding wanting me so much but loving new place and room etc

brett wants nookie Wayyyyyyyyyyy to much dammit man I is not impressed LOL

ok so that is me in nutshell - until lea goes back to bathing with brett i will be ofline more as that was my time to chat but am on fb and will try steal time when i can xxx
