Hi ladies

I've been reading but been so busy this morning that I have to go back and reread everything!!!!

Helen your Mother's day gift sounds very sweet;-) Go Theo!!

Julz I think you asked about MS?? Nothing this side yet. With Addy I know it peaked in week 9....so we'll see how it goes.

Julz maybe ask paed about shaky hands? I havent witnessed that with Addison to be honest.

Lelani...ag my friend. So sorry you're going through this. I think therapy for C is a good idea. Great if M could join under the premise of 'Family therapy', but I think he's set in his ways so not sure that is an option....

Lisha I see Helen has given you some great advice and scared the shyt out of you??? LMAO! I like the tips though...about bassinet and extra blankies and foos.

Nicole....sorry about your argument with DH. Was it serious? Hope it'll blow over soon!

Mandy travel back safely:-)

Vix....hope you'll pop in soon;)

Have to finish time sheets, so will come and chat again later!

Nicole Dylan usually goes from the bath to bed. I bath him at about 7 30 and then I dress him, then Neil and I both sit with him and we all read a story together. Neil then leaves and it's lights off. I sit with him for 5 minutes and give him some affirmations and then I leave and he goes to sleep within 5 minutes so usually by 8 it is lights out.

I must add that Dylan hates the shower unless it is at the gym so I bath him rather at home.

Lol Lisha, I'm sorry I'm not trying to scare you, if you are prepared for the worst then it can only get better ;) It'll be easier anyway as you're travelling with an older child so you will be able to reason with him more than you can a 14month old lol! And even though he didn't sleep he was only "that crying baby" for maybe five minutes of the flight so it wasn't too awful. Oh and the other thing, with the bassinet (Oliver was too big at 14months LOL so we couldn't use it but we were next to a couple who did) they don't give you any bedding except normal airplane blankets and even then the couple next to us only got one and they didn't have more as the flight was full so you might want to take a blanket or two your own as the bassinet is basically just a plastic covered fold out box ;)

ladies just a quick question from my side re: bath time

do you ladies bath your kids and then put them to bed or to you bath them lets say an hour before bed time?

I usually bath K (about 19:30)then put him straight into bed but then he screams through out the entire shower. Last night i showered him an hour before bed time, but when it came to bedtime he was hyped up and took nearly an hour to settle??

Julz never noticed Shrey's hands shaking so not sure what that could be. Maybe mention the next time he's at the doctor.

Oh gosh Helen thanks for scaring me  lol. I'm mentally preparing myself for a terrible time on board. He's been mostly fine with short flights in the past and had some ear pain twice at descent in Durban. Re the bassinet I've checked on that, he's definitely within the weight limit just not sure about his height. Going to make an appointment with the paed probably for next Saturday just to check his ears etc.

Helen hope Oliver doesn't need the suppository and poo's by himself today. And teething again :( sorry hun hope it's not too bad or too long for the little angel.

Lelani so sorry you are going through a tough time at the moment, i wish i could give some solid advice...but all i can do is send you a virtual hug!! I do however agree with Julz though with re: to therpy being a good idea as you may learn different ways to deal with different things etc, but no one can be cool, calm and collected all the time. (((hugs))) Glad you got spoilt for Mothersday :)

Julz to be honest i have'nt noticed K's hands shaking before.

Helen i am glad that you got spoilt as well!!!!!!!!! What a stunning present with such wonderful memories and love :)

Thanks ladies, Dh and I have spoken and we alright now. xxxx
