Vix were you on birth control after the C? It could be due to the sterilisation. You are having normal cycles now whereas bcp tend to create a very thin lining which creates lighter periods.

I've been giving Jono a probiotic since sat, not really having any effect on his runny tummy but at least it might be helping to keep his system stong. The medaspor and vaseline thing is working perfectly. I did try using a pharmasists bhealing bum cream mix but it didn't work.

Did anyone experience much heavier periods after having your kids? After C my periods went back to my regular 3 day medium flow, I could use a regular tampon all day changing every 4hrs but since having the tweenies my periods are shockingly heavy like I have to use a super tampon and change every 1-1.5hrs and I have to change in the middle of the night too. Still only 3 days but it's kinda keeping me house bound cos I can't use a public loo with both babies so I have to make short quick trips.

Dylan is back at school today. He is alot better. Still using saline and then I wait a few minutes and use the suction and you should see what comes out of his nose!!! Then I use the nazo patch at night on his back. It works like a bomb. He slept really well last night but it was cooler.

As for boys being hectic. Dylan is the same. He chases the poor dogs on his bike so I take it away and now I threated to throw his dvds away like tinkerbell. Smacking doesn't work.

Anyway back to the grind.

Nicole the Demazin did nothing for Shrey yesterday so I gave him Sinumax Ped again last night and that helped a bit more. I may get the Rinex too like Simone suggested to me.

Regarding the sudden naughtiness, I don't think it's only the boys but it's this age that they are just exploring, pushing boundaries etc. Like Mandy suggested and that we try to do as well is distraction really works. Example last night Shrey was being very silly and wanted me to open the boot of his toy car that obviously does NOT open ... he cried and eventually I just pointed out the locust on the balcony and he forgot about his car till the morning.

And no idea re sugar free & gluten free stuff. Did you do google search? Maybe health shops might have some treats.
