Hello ladies
Its been a while so thought I'd say hello. Its scary how quickly time passes these days!
Angie - Shame on poor Cole's Hernia, not nice. I'm pleased to hear your brother is doing well.
Mandy - How is your new venture going? Must be hard work but persevere and I'm sure you will make a success

Sorry about Cam needing physio, I'm sure it will work itself out.
Lisha - Awesome news that you found a place, must be a relief to know you don't have to go through the move twice! Good luck with the packing and sorting out...we moved nearly two years ago and I still have 2 boxes in the garage that haven't been properly unpacked lol.
Zee- You must've been so proud of Ziani's 'report'. Glad to hear she's settling in, had to giggle at her knowing how to end a fight. And I'm with you, teething is a bitch! Nina is horrid when she's teething, we have night-time wakings and fussy eating and general irritability for about 2 weeks before a tooth cuts. Thank god she only has 6 more to go!!!!
Julz - From all your Fb pics etc it seems like you are in party season!! Must be fun getting dressed up, we haven't been to a fancy dress for years.
Ally - congrats on your Masterchef thing, things are really 'cooking' for you now
Yoza - Its so nice to hear that Siba is making process. You are lucky that you have such a good support system and that your faith is helping you along the way.
Simone - Can't believe you are back at work already, the time goes by too fast. Josh sounds very sweet and you certainly sound like you are enjoying him - this the mummy who wasn't sure about boys

Amazing how quickly you adapt!
To all the other lovely ladies I've missed out, hello!!
AFM all is well. Feeling super broody at the moment but we won't go there as its just not an option (although I wish it was hehehehe). My mum phoned on Wednesday to say she's booked a ticket and is coming out for 3 weeks, arriving tomorrow! Was a bit of a surprise, she'd been talking about coming out but I didin't think it she was really serious. I'm not complaining though as it will be awesome to have her around ahain.
My two monkeys are well, starting to play really nicely together (at times), Oliver likes to show his little sister things and they chase each other around the house. Nina thinks she's a big girl and wants to do all the things Oliver does (like climb huge jungle gyms and ride big bikes) and there is absolutely no fear or hesitation with that child. She dances to EVERYTHING, twirls to pop music and headbangs to rock/metal - neither Theo nor I have taught her that so think she is probably going to be a rocker in nature hehehe. She is a little madam though, she's been good for a while but yesterday she gave Oliver a really nasty bite, shooo I was so cross. I have no idea where she gets her temper from...it can't be from me surely?! When she doesn't get her own way she has monster tantrums, arches her back, throws herself on the floor, kicks her legs and slaps out. Heaven help me for the terrible twos!!!
Had some sad news this week, one of my colleague's daughter passed away over the Easter weekend, she was only 33 and leaves behind 3 children, the youngest is 4. She had very suddden and unexpected liver failure, sheesh it only makes you realise just how fragile life is and how we must treasure every day. My SIL is also very weak now, she sleeps all the time and is in quite a lot of pain and the docs are saying it doesn't look like she has much time left. She has just been flown up to JHB and I'm pretty sure this is the last time we will see her. Cancer is such a horrible disease, it takes you so slowly and is ruthless.
On a lighter note, my dad and Theo have been plotting and they have decided that for my birthday present they are clubbing together for a flight to England!!!!!!!

I've been talking about how I'd like to go before Nina turns two (so she can still fly as an infant) as otherwise its is ridiculously expensive for us all to fly (close to R40,000!!). So Theo and dad have organised that I should be able to go with the two kiddywinks before December. Still have a lot of admin to sort out as I don't even know if my boss will let me take leave mid-year. I'm hoping to go in August but it will all depend on how long it takes to get Nina's paperwork organised (Home Affairs takes 8 weeks (!!!) to issue an unabridged birth certificate which I need in order to apply for her British passport) - but hopefully the South African passport doesn't take too long and the British passport only takes 4 weeks. I will probably have to take a broken flight which will suck with the two kiddywinks but its nearly R5000 cheaper than flying direct. I'm very excited at the thought of it all
