Simone that is what I forgot to say. Please see the doc anyway. A UTI can't be treated with cs. It will help the symptoms but not the infection and a UTI can cause preterm labour. Just pop into your nearest doc or call your gynae.

Shocking about the weight, but maybe he has his reasons. They should at least tell you why!

Lisha UTI much better. Still slight discomfort but not terrible pain like Saturday! Thankfully dont need to go to doctor.

Ladies I am in between gynaes at the moment as you know previous gynae now specialising in fertility. So got appointment with new gynae only at end September. I called a GP that does pregnancy check ups and was then told that if you weigh above 75-80kms the doctor will not see you! I was quite shocked and mortified! I know you skinny chicks have never breathed near the 70kg mark...lol, but I know plenty of woman weighing about 75-80kgs and are nowhere close to obese!!! Shocking! I managed to secure an appointment with another doctor...hope she doesnt chase me away when she sees my fat arse!! lol

Helen Nina sounds adorable!! hope oliver not getting sick??? Shopping...nope not yet. Bought a superman baby grow and a white and black grow...but waiting for foetal assessment scan on 8th (unless gp can confirm on Thursday) that it really is a boy. I'm hoping it still is...but my previous gynae didnt give me 100% assurance so not too confident with shopping yet. THough logic and conception dates tell me it can only be a boy!!

Whats for supper tonight ladies? After my buffet indulgence last week...I am being strict this week with eating and cooking our food every night. Tonight I'm doing a chicken pie...but only pastry on top and serious veggie loading of the pie. Hope it comes out nice.

Angelique I am so sorry about Cole's weight. Have you considered getting a second opinion. If cole eats well at school there could be a digestive problem so maybe they should do some tests?? Dylan weighs less than 12kg still so like Shrey he is a small guy and our Paed has never worried about his weight.

Lisha glad you got to see th chiro about your back. It must be quite bad so I hope you get relief soonest.

Helen the kids sound too sweet.

Yoza I am really pleased tha siba is doing so well.

AFM: We were away this weekend. Took Dylan to the hot springs to swim. Seem as we are going to have to start all over again as he was reluctant to swim. He just sat on the step. It was nice though. He isn't well. Not really that sick but has been coughing and had a green nose and fever on and off for a week or more now so rather going to take him to the paed tomorrow. Worried about his shaking.

I got about 2 hours sleep. I have a large sinus infection again now and really uncertain what to do. Will saline rinse as the antibitics have not helped and will then see the neuro. If he isn't happy with my sinuses then he can call my ENT. I feel bad for my ENT as he really tried his best to sort this out, but there is still that one area which is a problem so we will see.

Angelique - I hope you can find a solution to fatten Cole up, and don't let what the doctor said worry you (easier said than done I know), these docs often say things without realising how much we worry afterwards.

Simone - Jealous of all your cool gifts lol, there's noting like a good freebie! Have you done any shopping for team blue yet?!

Julz - I hope the time ticks by quickly til your appointment and that you can get some answers, it must be agonising for you to be in pain all the time, can't imagine how horrible it must be and I would imagine it must make you irritable as well?

Vix - Hope your brood are all getting better and that you enjoyed some time off with hubby!

Nicole - Glad that Jessie and K are getting on, poor Jessie must be exhausted lol!!

Yoza - I'm so happy that you are seeing an improvement with Siba, it must be such a relief to know that you have him in the right place and that he's getting the right attention and you can see all the progress

We are well, Nina is growing up fast, I've been trying to teach the monkey to crawl but she only manages a few shuffles backwards, she's just impatient to run lol!! She gets super excited whenever Oliver is playing or running around and when I put her on all fours she tries to put her feet on the floor and lifts her bum in the air as if to stand, she's still a long way off but I know shes going to be total mischief...

Oliver has a bit of a cough, and shame I gave him some Flemeze I had in the cupboard last night and it seriously disturbed him, he was wide awake until 10pm (he NEVER stays up that late!) and it seemed like he wanted to go to sleep, but the medicine made him feel all wired...ooops! Hoping not to have to take him to the doc but I think his sinuses are causing problems so will have to watch this space...

Angelique so sorry to hear about Cole's health issues, you really shouldn't feel like a crappy mom, kids get sick or have complications along the way and there really is no way you could predict the issues.
Hope you have a plan of action that will make a difference and Cole can pick up some weight.
By the way Shrey is still under 12kg's as well. He's growing rapidly in height but also not fattening up but I think he is just a thin child like his dad used to be at that age

AFM I finally had my chiro treatment, going back on Wednesday afternoon. She says my back is pretty badly knotted so she couldn't do acupuncture yet ... need to have a few treatments to loosen muscles more otherwise it will be too sore had some relief but not much to be honest.
Shrey has a bit of congestion and runny nose again. Just giving him Sinumax to help it all run out. We've managed to avoid antibiotics all winter for him so hope this time it clears up again too.
Busy week & a half ahead with loads of deadlines so I'd best get back to work.

Nicole glad Jessie and K are getting on well! I'm sure u must be relieved:) gifts...oh no she got them all on Friday and Saturday. She'll have to rely on gifts from others on her birthday...lol. Party is planned...just need to book and pay for items now.

afm, we had a lovely weekend, K and Jessie are now the best of buds lol, poor Jessie gets no rest as K just wants to play with her non-stop. Didnt do anything excititng this weekend just spent quality time with my little family.
