AFM: Siba is doing so well its amasing he is picking up a few words and his behaviour is changing slowly. I tell you if we had the cash he would go daliy for his 3 hour sessions they are paying and piwe is just hands on with everything. Buhle is well thanks to the meds.

Simone - I am sure i will have more clarity with Due date at next appointment but i cancelled all my appointments until the outcome of the tests to avoid getting tooooo attached .. so in reality, I was last seen a the gynaes office at 12 weeks and he said 7 - 9 Jan and then at 16 weeks at the featal assessment he said more like 17 weeks and more like 30 dec... so not sure.. all will be revealed at the end anyway so i dont really take anyones word for these things.. no one really knows! My next appointment is next wednesday 24th - cant wait!

Ally - quite relieved that your cousins injuries are in his legs and not his head!! sho.. but yes traction sounds really sore and sitting still these days is UNBEARABLE - especially when they are stretching you!!!!! shame man, hope his recovery goes well!!

Jess - have you heard anything about the job interview this week?

Lisha less than a month for Shrey birthday!! Any ideas yet? We bought awesome Disney Cars decor (plates, cups, table cloth etc) from a party store here.

afu, all is well. Jessie is keeping us up alot at night as she is sleeping inside at the moment. K is starting to take to her slowely but its still a worry for me, so we will just have to see how things go, im just trying to make him feel that his contribution (getting puppy her food, patting puppy) is huge etc. We take Jessie to puppy school from next week and going to take K with so hopefully things will all come together.

Other than that nothing else exciting happening. Monday K tripped at school and cut his bottom lip open quite badly and then yesterday he hit the same lip on swing. But he hasnt complained about it being sore at all. He is sleeping relatively well and is also eating well. His fav thing to do at the moment is for him to play on his piano, mom has the guitar and dad plays the drum and we sing all sorts of songs - feel very sorry for our neighbours lol.

Simone, how is Durbs treating you?

Thanks for asking about my cousin, he is doing ok. His Femur is broken underneath his hip but they can't operate yet because his pelvis has splintered. He has to lie in traction in the ICU for the next 10 days until the swelling goes down and then they can operate. Then it will take 8-12 weeks before he can walk again. I feel so sorry for him. He is NOT someone who can sit still so this is going to be very challenging for him. But he's doing ok at least.

Nicole the puppy sounds too sweet for words!!! Don't worry about the jumping. Clumsy knocked Dylan over on their first intro and Dylan cried, but i just told him that the doggy is just playing with him and now they are best buddies. Clumsy still knocks him over. Can you believe my 6 month old is bigger than our lab. Not a built dog but really tall!

Mandy Congrats on the tests being perfect. Glad you can enjoy the rest of your pregnancy. Nice weight gain.

Simone I hope time flies and that you are home soon with your family. Wow long wait till your next appointment.

I am not sure about my sinus. I am in constant pain which is why I am seing a neuro. ENT thinks it is something else. I am not conviced that it is but will see. So far the tests have cost us so much so I am worried about the neuro costs. Our medical aid is depleted so it is all out of our pocket. The Neuro exam will cost between 800 and 1900 for the first consult. I may call my ent and ask for another neuro though. Not sure I can wait till 8th of september. I am just about killing my kid when he annoys me although he did give me a bloody nose this morning.

Mandy 3.5kgs is good for halfway. I know a chick that said she was doing well...'Only' put on 3kgs by 7w! So you're doing really well...congrats.remember I am fat so really need to keep the weight down.

Don't u have fixed due date? (Cause u say 19 or 20w).

Cool...I am with wesbank. Back with addy they exempted me from payment for 4m but not after I complained they weren't thinking of pregnant customers.lol. Now those very 4 payments are due by December.lol. Come full circle.

Well sim, I have put on at least 3.5 kilos - im 19 or 20 weeks depending on the scans so far!!
