Oh i forgot to post on monday...

on sunday morning our 2 puppies were being unbelieveably quiet! Normally they are dashing around the house chasing each other and creating a generally large amount of noise. Both of them are amazingly good and the only things that have attracted the teeth were one of hubbys flip-flops and a network cable, asside from that no chewing and the little one we got last year this time, the big one we got on new years eve...
So on that note not much effort is expended keeping things out of their reach, specially since the one can jump up onto the dining room table with no effort and the other is a labrador cross golden retriever puppy... he just needs to lift his head and he's there... lol
ayhow as i was saying they wrern't tearing up and down the passage in their normal over active behaviour, but hubby and i just thought, well maybe theyre playing outside for a change, and carried on with what were doing none the wiser...
Meantime back on the ranch...
When we eventually were up and about and doing our morning chores i discovered the valve for my preastpump lying just outside the back door... chewed.... but i thought ah well i guess they found the spare...
upon further exploration i discovered that though my breastpump was on the coffee table exactly where i left it coming home from work, but it had been chewed upon!
Oh dear my poor Madela mini electric in ruins! And i would desperately need it monday! so off we went to baby boom to see if we could buy a new spout part (luckily the motor was fine) anyhow we landed up buying the bottom of the range manual pump as its upgradable to the mini electric and i was back in business... R300 poorer... not to mention the dummies, bottle brush and new toy that were thrown in ... lol
