Girly if it help i had the same breakdown and landed up bawling my eyes out in the shower... DH soon noticed this and we sat down and he agreed that i should get a break and thats when we decided every second night he looks after Kaelyn - all night, that way its more or less fair. I still do weekends but during the week its heaven!

Sadly i spend the time playing with DH and baby though but its good to know its my time if i need it

Girly - You have been through sooooo much these last few months, you really deserve a break!!!! Wish I knew what to say to you, but I honestly don’t Just please try and take some time out. I know that you want to be there for Kaylee and that you feel guilty when you are not, especially when you know that she is unhappy. But, you do need some time to yourself. If you don’t do something to “take the load off you” a bit, you may reach your breaking point and that is going to be a lot worse for Kaylee than being unhappy for a few hours while you relax. You really do need it, there is only so much one person can take. Big hugs to you xxxxxxxx

Girly, you have been through the ringer, I dont blame you for feeling overwhelmed. You have done an amazing job of keeping it together. I dont know if it's an age thing but Evan and his little friend at school seem to be going through the same thing... The volume of the moan relates directly to his proximity to me...

I know this might not be the best idea but those 1st assignments are proof of life - if you dont get through all the modules in time can you not do multiple guess for the items you're unsure of?

Can K maybe sit in her doughnut or something by your feet while you email your job apps out? It's difficult because you love and treasure them so much but sometimes it's like "dude, really now, can you not give me a 5 minute break???".

It is so tough right now but I know you will get through it... You are so strong and the right job will come your way...

I like KerryA's suggestion, you need a time out and need your space to pay attention to the other things you need to sort out... I know it's easier said than done but maybe if you can get him to understand what's going on then he can see why it's so important for you to get some time out?

I had a migraine yesterday from hell. Fetched Evan from school and he would not settle. DH came home "early" - 6:30pm. I made him pick up food on his way because I was in a FOUL mood and still had to sort Evan out etc. And was generally naff that I was doing "EVERYTHING" on my own with a pounding head. Oh and I managed to bash my head on my extractor fan while I was bringing all our bags in from the car yesterday when we got home so I was uber p@#$ off. I swear the previous owner was a midget!

Girly - you are entitled to feel that way things have been hectic in your life lately and youre feeling a serious lack of "me time".

I recommend having a serious chat with Hubby and getting him to look after little one while you have a nice loong hot bath tonight and then making an arrangement something along the lines of every second night he baths and puts Kaylee to bed so as you can get a chance to do your studies and other "pick me up" stuff?
