If you conceived in August, you'd be a mommy of 2 by March next year! Seems so close by.
But I agree, I also want a close gap. I'd do 2 years if I had a choice but I still need to find a job and 'settle' so that I can get maternity pay from it otherwise looking after 2 will be very tight!!!

I'm on microvil but I forget it half of the time. I dont know how hubby will feel if I fall pregnant this year but I wont mind. Just want to get my body back into shape before I do so lots of hard work ahead!
I'd also have to time it that I'm not giving birth around exam time!

As for baby number 2, we only want a 2 year gap - so we are going to start trying again from about August. But, I am not on any contraceptive now, so if it happens, it happens. I needed clomid to get pregnant with Emily though, did not ovulate on my own, so I'm thinking we might need to use that again, so will go back to gynae if nothing by August.

I want them to grow up together and be able to do things together, so 2 year gap for the most.

wow lots of progress in a short time hey! Seems all our babies are doing very well

I am a very proud mamma. K is now rolling back to tummy like she's a pro! She still doesnt like being on her tummy though so I imagine she'll quickly get the nack to get back onto her back quickly.

I think I can feel the start of a tooth pushing through. She's been quite niggly lately, esp at night. And wakes up at around 8 or 9pm, again at 11 or 12pm. Last night was the first in about 2 weeks that she didnt also wake around 2. So I got to sleep from 11:30 till 4am which was awesome cos I felt like I had a deep sleep again and feel much more refreshed today. I was up at 7 feeling like it was 8 or 9am.

Applying for jobs like crazy but still no luck Not sure what we're going to do if I dont get one by march as my salary covers the bond and all policies and we use DH to get through the month with day to day expenses.

So what's everyone's thoughts on trying for the next baby?
We want a 2,5 - 3yr gap at most. So that means January next year when K is around 17 months is when we will need to start trying again. That's pretty scary as its only a year away!

I lost 1.8kgs last week on Weight watchers Very proud of myself but also a bit disappointed as I cheated this weekend and could've lost more.

Any of the cape town girls going to Sunday's meet at Kirstenbosch? Will be cool to see you all again!
