so ladies i see we are all good for either the 12th or 13th so i got hubby to flip a coin and he chose saturday. Hope you are all good for that?

I will make sure the pool is sparking for our budding swimmers and hubby and i will think of something for food



Robyn, i cant help but start feeling that yes, there is no time like the present to start trying for number two... the issue is at the moment the birthdays will be too close together... so DH and i decided that maybe March ish we will start... that will hopefully leave about a 2y 6m gap.... but GOOD luck and have fun trying

He he great minds think alike i also leave a sippy cup in her crib and if she doesn't drink all her milk before bed i leave the bottle there for her in case she wakes up later. and we also leave her in her crib until six... i have even started putting some toys on a stool beside her crib after she is asleep to occupy her and it buys us and extra half hour on the weekend

(I seriously think she is trying to drop her night time feed! frequently she only has a third of her bottle... some nights its no problem, but occasionally she misses it later on... so now i leave it for her)

Shame all the sick mommies! I hope you all feel better soon! Evan's also got a cold. Driving me dilly with the runny nose. If he's not better by the weekend I'll pop into the dr. He is eating ok, last night was a bad night again. He woke up @ 1:30 and couldnt find his bottle. Then he had a nightmare at 4 then bottle at 5. Then up just before 6. I try ignore him before 6 am unless he's crying.

He's in quite a good mood though so lets see.

Sheryl - K is so advanced!! I am sure you are such a proud mommy!! Maybe it's just cos she doesnt see the family a lot and maybe because they are so excited to see her and pay so much attention to her it freaks her out. She is a very independent girl, always exploring and doing her thing. Maybe next time try ask you mom and them to act as if it's nothing new seeing her and just kind of acknowledge her but not fuss over her? Let her come to them...

Blessed - WOW, time has just flown by! It could be the heat like Kerry says. I also dont cover Evan at night, he sleeps on top of his comforter and hugs his blanket. He does half pull it over himself in the night. And I try cover him while he is sleeping but usually it's all off again soon after I also leave a water bottle in the bed with him. He seems to look for something to drink in the night.

must be change of weather as I never get sick and from yest morning when I woke up, i had a headache from hell that my left eye felt like it was gonna pop and sore throat

today is unbearable and have a bit of a runny nose and scratchy sore throat, did not sleep well last night so i made a doc app for later, i know now i need antibiotics when my throat is this sore. wont get better otherwise, i get really sick cause its not often

K had a cold and runny nose since sunday and i am giving her something, if not better tomorrow, then off we go to the paed. she sleeps fine at night. so that is okay

PM - that idiot must just be ignored!! Teenage boys don't know what they want - isn't he
the one who asked her to go with him in the first place??!! He was probably just embarrassed
cos she looked so gorgeous - much to pretty to be with him!

Sheryl - Dakota doesn't go to creche - MIL looks after her and she'll go to pre-school in 2013 (2 turning 3)

OMG - DH put a spanner in the works this weekend - he decided he wants to start trying for no 2 in Jan
(ie, in 2 months!!! )
I doubt MIL will look after no2 like she does with D, so we'l have to start planning
(it's daunting thinking of 2 young kids with both working parents!!)

We had a great time on Fri night with B&SIL - loads of laughter, our tummies ached!)
D was very good at my folks but she had 2 bites (what we thought were mossies,
turned out to be spider!) on her forehead and her earlobe shame!
Plus, when we picked her up yesterday from MIL, she had a bad cold and ruddy dose
which turned into a fever and cough last night so I didn't sleep much last night
- plus I'm also sick (sore throat, bad chest the whole weekend at the spa - but I still
had a great time!) so now I'm soooooooo bleh

its been rather hectic. so glad I go on annual leave in 6 weeks, better roll on

my nanny goes on two weeks leave back home

do all your babas go to creche ? I am the only one that has a nanny ?

I was thinking of putting K in creche in jan but DH is adamant that she should go at 2 cause of the germs constantly and taking of everytiime and cause he will travel a bit, will be hard for me taking her back and forth and if she is sick, could be days where i have to take off ...I dont know

cant afford nanny back up and creche, i barely make it to pay this nanny

K seems to be going through strangers anexiety, did not want to go anyone again back home last week. just so mother fusses and when we got back home after the wedding, she was normal ....

otherwise running around non stop and not still for anything, into everything, loves swimming, flushing the toilet about 2 months now, if we in the bath ! otherwise all doors are closed at home

she def keeps us on our toes her hair has gone so long

has more teeth cutting again on top, but not fussed

KerryA - I think we can make it.... if DH has no plans, all these xmas functions with clients etc are coming up now. he has one this friday night
