Well done all you mommies with babies taking their first steps, so exciting!

Yesterday we went to friends for lunch and they have a 4-year old and he was very excited to play with the baby (John). He was giving him toys to play with and acting very responsible. Then later on he took a plastic cell phone away from John so we asked him why John couldn't play with it anymore and he said "Because every time I give it to him he puts it in his mouth." So funny, I love kids!

Oooh Sher, a pitgirl hey? I like Kerry's idea of overalls. You can always wear a cute vest underneath and don't do up all the buttons at the top so the vest peeks through, then you still look sexy but not so revealing.

Ah shame Cols, ja I've also heard that if you look out the front windscreen it helps with carsickness - does this help you? Otherwise maybe ask the doc about motion sickness tablets, I don't know if there are any that are safe for children. Aaargh, sorry that the first place didn't live up to its website, hate it when that happens! But thank goodness you could go somewhere else. I've heard that Giants Castle is awesome, ja very good price hey? Did you make a fire?

Cols, glad you had a good weekend, dont know when last we went on holiday...we used to go often camping or just a weekend away, since i was pregnant, I have not been in a while, waiting for summer and we want to go to our famous "berg" holiday - camping. K will love it

Kerry - well done K. my K is also there, she is just growing way too quickly, i want her to say a baby

so my nanny is late again. she was supposed to in a 7am. is there a taxi strike this week, she sms me 5:38am to say she will be a little late but now I cant get a hold of her, cell disconnected. guess what, its Monday again.... whats new ! she was absent two mondays already since starting, late been few times and she told me last week not sure if she will be late this week or what will happen as there is a taxi strike ...just great, so DH is at home waiting for her to come in so he can go to work

i dont have much time to google -ha ha. I have a 30th in July and the theme is "Mechanics and Pitgirls"..... so I need to find a outfit. its so funny, before being a mom, I had no issue even thinking of wearing it, but now being a mom, its like... I am a mom and I have to wear this sexy pitgirl outfit ..... ha ha

please help me find an outfit if ever you have time on the internet
