Maureen, stop being so hard on yourself. So you didnt realise your little man was hungry, but honestly they cant talk so how could you know? Relax we have all made mistakes so far and those that havent I'm sure will at some point. Shame you really seem to be having a hard time with work also, hope things settle down soon.

I am a bit peeved off right now, or a bit upset. More with myself than anyone else.

My DH took Jamie to the nurse this morning. Let me explain, we have had a bit of a problem with him these last two weeks, he keeps on throwing tantrums, yes, real ones, doesn't want to sleep at night and biting!

So the nurse asked DH what he was eating and how much. Turns out we have been under feeding him.

So now:

07.00 Porridge
10.00 Yoghurt
12.00 Lunch
15.00 Fruit
18.00 Dinner

Dinner should now include meat as he is a big man and needs the protein. We are not allowed to puree anything just mash it up with a fork. The fruit can stay with Purity.

So seeing as we are going away for the weekend, I went to woolies and bought some of their baby range.

I feel like such a loser, how did I not know that he was hungry and not being naughty.......

My little man is off to the sistser this morning with his daddy, the first time I won't be with him.

Work really sucks, that man got me into a lot of trouble, and I am going to pay for it today. But I won't stop fighting. Although I am looking into other options. I just made a decision that this company is just not for me. They don't treat their people right.

So come January I will be looking for something else. Maybe even try something closer to home or not. But I am unhappy and I can't stand it anymore.

I have put in leave for Friday, hoping that it gets approved. We are going away for the weekend and seeing as I was going to leave early on Friday, I thought it better just to take the whole day and spend some time with my baby.

Just a quick update my side. Also started work this month, has been hectic but Im enjoying! I work with a great bunch! Missing my cookie monster terribly but enjoying the adult company too. But with Nanny makes for good quality time for us then!

as far as the money goes fight for it too as soon as the promotion was awarded u were entitled to increase if they *&^% up its their problem just use all the right channel girl and justice will prevail - STRONGS

eloise - have u tried all teats? rubber and latex? with expressed milk and formula? try the winged rubber teat from pep R2 as its soft and xen would only take that eventually also try boob for while then that teat with expressed milk luke warm as soon as sucking is in motion pop off and pop teet in - good luck

Thanks ladies, I spoke to my Manager, and he will have a meeting with the 3 of us, so that he can't have a bad attitude to me. But I found out now that he/old manager has screwed me this month as he didn't inform me about a deadline, and I won't be able to meet it. So I am upset and I know it is going to come down on my head, once again. This old manager is out to get me. I am fed up!

As for HR, I spoke to her about my job description and offer. And she goes on to say that my increase for my promotion might only come into affect in January which I don't think they can do. And if I get the increase in November they won't back pay for October. How unfair is this? I have to remind her to do her work, and I get the bull sh1t of it is an oppertunity and I shouldn't be fixated on the money....

I work 46 hours a week these days and do 60% more work, I should get paid more....
