Sorry about the sick n crabby men in the house Des, hopefully the med's work and everybody feels better soon. Lia is actually fine in malls (this may soon change though, like the sudden hate for car seat). As long as I keep her pram open so she can see, she is fine, if I close it she moans and groans. She also likes the pram to stay moving at all times - then she often even nodds off here and there and then I can close the pram up and she might sleep a bit.
Pinky - if you are strugging to get good nutrition in, perhaps get yourself some Formance shake from Dischem - this will give you a boost in the nutrition department. I've heard it is vanilla flavoured and nice, but yeah, haven't tasted it myself. Also, when you have time, fill a box with snacks - things like cereal bars, fruit sticks, dried fruit & nuts, biltong if you eat meat and other healthy goodies) keep this next to your breastfeeding place in the house and snack when baby snacks!!

. You can also put things like cheese cubes/ pieces/ crackers and fruit in ther each morning.
Got to love 2-4 month age - they become so aware of their surroundings and generally struggle to shut off. Oh well, soon enough this will pass and we will have an easier time getting kiddies to nap. This not napping and hours rocking can be rather frustrating though.
Where is Bundle of Joy - she hasn't said much lately??
Sorry you've had a rough day ScribblingAl - hopefully she konks out for a nice long sleep tonight to make up for it! Ironic that it doesn't usually work that way though lol.
After we were discussing the bumbo seat - I whipped it out today, might as well try it seeing my son never used it. Lia didn't seem to mind it! I won't leave her in there more than 5-10 min's at a time though, but at least I might actually use the thing lol.
Lia has been having weird very mucousy poop nappies TMI, sorry. She doesn't seem distressed though but I'm guessing I'm poisoning her with my breastmilk again lol, will go back to basics and start trying to find out what the heck is causing it. Oh well.
Enough rambling.
Sleep tight folks!
