Betty, sorry I had to laugh about you being in your PJ's, during the end of my pregnancy I couldn't care what I was wearing around the house if people can by, they had to deal.

Last night Kate was so noisy! She grumbles and groans all the time and I still need to learn to switch off to those noises. Still so cute though. At least she doesn't cry
Well all alone with her today and so far so good. I'm so blessed to have such a chilled baby.

Schatsie- can't wait to hear all about your experience. Hope you had a very happy first night with Arno.

Meags- wonderful that the tongue procedure went well. Now you can try BF again!, When do you see your LC again? BTW- the previous LC you had really had a strange technique, glad you found someone new.
How is the chiro going? Are you finished with the cessions now or is it ongoing? I took M for 3 cessions. Not sure if it helped... The first month or so is so crazy...

Amy - wonderful that you are enjoying baby. I used that lanisnoh with M. Definately helped. I must remember to put some in my hospital bag (which is still not packed).
Hope your pain goes away soon- good that you are getting out and about!

Emsmom- I am looking for a celing light. I never knew there was a decor place in Durban road. Is it there by the High street shopping place? Is that Durban Road? Will try get out there this week end if I have not found anything.
Not great that DH is going back to work today...

Newyum Mum- swollen feet are not great. I had swollen feet and hands last time. I will be 38 weeks on Friday, and during the last day or 2 my feet have started to swell up slightly. I have mainly been wearing open shoes, but for the past 2 days closed ones to work- in need of a pedicure- so am sure that never helped with the sore feet problem..

AFM- DH had a late meeting last night. I put M to bed, the got changed into my pj's, put my feet up and got into bed to read...granted it was only 8.30, but after a long day at work then entertaining a 3 year old, supper etc. And being 9 months preggers. I was exhausted. Next thing the door bell goes and I had visitors... Work collegue and friend of DH. It was so embarrassing to be in my nighty. Hope they understood. I did make us all tea and sat chatting, but I certainly never looked my best

*happy dance* telkom came out again and this time they actually FIXED the line.. it was rusted at the pole.. strange they didnt fix that right from the start!! And then my brothers geeky but sweet friend came round to install the rooter and wireless again, so Im back on speeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed

Oh and R is still doing the sleep thing.. amazing After his 3hr sleep this afternoon he woke up, emptied my left boob and dozed back to sleep for another 2hrs!!! Then woke up for bath, fed and sleep again!!?? Maybe he is catching up on the days of lack of sleep Or maybe at 2am he is going to be wiiide awake! LOL Fingers crossed he keeps it up.

Tomorrow is my gynae checkup.. FINALLY!!!

... My baby has not descended yet however everything still looks good for natural birth. By Friday I will be full term. So then its the waiting game.

Schatsie; so glad you can finally hold what you've been waiting so l ong for.....I am really happy for you....

Really hope some of the ladies left over feel just as tired as what I am feeling. I wear a size 8 shoe, so my swollen feet has pushed me into a 9.....which is non existent in woman shoes.....so slops are great!!!
I can't wait for this day now!!!!!damit!

hi ladies

just a quick one as its feeding time

tongue procedure was fine. he screamed from the time they wrapped him up until the end. but you couldnt tell when they cut it as his scream didnt change in pitch or anything. it bled a fair bit after but I gave him the bottle and within 5 minutes it stopped bleeding. not sure if he has pain as he didnt want to finish the bottle and was quite "sad". anyway...he's been sleeping 2 hours since then so hope he's ok when he wakes. might give panado if he's still down.

schatsie congrats!!!!!!!!!!! wow you just sound SO over the moon - how wonderful!!!!! your baby is too precious and good size! sometimes i do think c-section is better as after my birth I was totally exhausted and couldnt even enjoy my baby until about 8 hours later!!!!

bling caught a huge gecko...more like a crocodile. so scary!! it went behind the compactum. imagine if I didnt know it was there and it came out while changing Matt!!!!!!

i so want to do personals....let me feed Matt and then I'll try get back online. got the chiro in 3 hours too so perhaps I am being out of my limits as I need to pump and shower too...but I will try!!! I miss you ladies all so much

Schatise I am so happy for you and glad all went well. Only advice I will give you now is to see if they will take your drip and stuff out tonight and for you to get up and about asap, will help you heal faster

Kimika Rubeun is too cute!! well done Joli on the pics! Good idea on stopping the nan, as this may be causing his tummy problems.

Amy, well done on going out! Its always hard the first time, but good for mommy and baby to have time apart. Hope you heal really soon.

Betty, what kind of light are you looking for? There is a childrens room deco place on Durban road, have you looked there?

Well today I've actually been very productive, managed to do 5 hours of work, DH cooked me the most devine lunch. I went shopping and left Kate with him - first time away from her. And we had a friend round for coffee.
Dh is out tonight, and back at work tomorrow sadly. I've so loed having him around during the day! He also wishes he could be a stay at home dad.
Oh and I made Easter packs for all Em's class mates. They look so cute!
