Wow Tazzy, what a lot of fantastic news :) :) Im so happy that your package has arrived.. you are prob very excited to go pick it up! Pls post pics once you have everything in!

So the white specs are prob normal.. I guess it goes that most of the placenta should be funtioning normally, if you have large bits of calcification its bad.. flip, why does he charge so much for it?? Was it a specialised scan to check the flow??

I hope everyone is having a great weekend so far.. thats prob why nobody is around :)

Ive been delegated to help MIL arrange SIL's baby shower in May. So if any of you did some nice things at yours or had a nice theme pls share so I can get some nice ideas!!??

KarinM- good idea to rather stay put at home. I have a blackberry. The pin is 22B835A8. I hope you've had some cooler weather!
I also get the baby pushing or streching into my cervix! Eish its sore, I could easily drop to the ground when it happens.

Joli - how is Callum? Are you enjoying the breastfeeding?

Lucy - I would love to meet when you're up here. Just let me know when! Enjoy your weekend away you lucky fish. And next time you're at the beach you have to dig a hole and lie on your tummy. :)

Cath- Glad all is well with little William. Not too much longer to wait for either.

Kimika - I don't think I'd have the guts to do a home enema either. But I didn't have one when I had my previous ceaser.
Well done for getting things packed! I think you're next on the popping list being 2cm dilated already!!
My gyn did show me a few white specs on my placent but said its normal?? He did the blood flow scan and it was perfect. That scan cost me over R1000!!!

Meags- so nice to hear from you again. Sorry that you and dh are having issues. But I'm sure oncew you've settled in and matt is born things will be better. Your belly is gorgeous and very low!

Schatsie - its way less than 40 days left for me now cos I'm having a cs. Its 25 days left now. Yikes!
You are looking very preggars now. Lovely. LOL at the multi hole nipples! Wait til you're showering after your milk comes in :)

MistyMom - yay for dh home today. I don't use stasoft with the EA liquid . I thinks its a 2 in 1. After tumble drying the clothes are super soft.

AFM - great news!! My parcel has arrived in sa , after almost 6 weeks! And murphys law I went and bought R600 worth of fabric to sew linen yesterday, but I'm sure I'll use it somewhere. So my parcel should arrive at my post office on monday. And second bit of good news - dh has found a sub contractor to go up to namibia. So he only be going once or twice a week!

Talking about genes and hair colour. I have dark hair and blue eyes, dh has ginger hair and brown eyes. I was so convinced that my lg would have ginger hair but she was born with a mop of black hair. So I wonder what Amelia will have?

Hellooo everyone!! Yippeee its Friday :)

Lucy, she said she will give me a invoice and I can try claim it back.. I remember something about the medical aid paying for breastfeeding consults but really Im not sure. I think Ill give them a ring and find out. I thought a consult would be a little bit less but Im sure its not per hour and also she said after that Ill be a-for-away :) No more pain.. shoo I hope its true! When we did the antenatal classes she kept saying that breastfeeding should NEVER hurt, and mine surely hurt ALOT! I had to hold on to something or bite my teeth every time he would latch, for 3 months!

Mistymom, Ill be hoping for some cooler weather for the weekend, maybe even some refreshing rain ;)

Meags, glad you had some time to chat :) My son also never kicked me in the ribs/lungs. And I also carried low. When he does kick me hard enough to hurt its always in my left side so I guess he just lies curled up too :)

Im sure all the stress with setting up teh house, the new environment etc etc etc is causing a bit of difficulty between you and hubby. Maybe once your mom is away you need to spend some *special* time with him doing romantic things or things he likes to do. You have to *force* the situation a bit now ;)

I cant wait to see the nursery pictures. And Im holding thumbs that your trunks and baby goodies all arrive soon!!! Also glad your kitties have addapted now, wow they mustve been so confused with all the changes!

The midwife sounds absolutely fantastic!! Im sure you are very pleased with her, sounds perfect. Good luck and cant wait to get your update again xxx

Jessica, hey those hunger pains are terrible! And once baby is born they go into overdrive.. Last time I was eating at all kinds of hours of the day!! Felt like I hadnt eaten in years ;)

Karin, my son also pushes down onto my cervix a lot! It actually hurts sometimes! And now I know its my cervix cause I felt the same kinda pain in the same spot when gynae did the internal. Oh and your tum is looking fab for 35wks :)

I got my nappy bag from the post office this morning - YIPEE!! Its great, little bit smaller than I expected but maybe thats a good thing since Im one of those people who always collect and carry around unnecessary stuff! hehe.. will take a photo later and post. Now I can finish packing :)

Meags - I love your tum pics, can really see how you have dropped in the last pic. take it as easy as you can despite all the stress! really sounds like you and hubby need a few hours to catch up to sort things out so you on same page.

Schatsie - All were at 8 weeks, so injecting myself everyday and so far its been a very niggle free pregnancy. So really no complaints my side.

Kimika - I agree on lo looking like DH, I suspect that will happen, blonde and blue eyes, but lets see hey ;)

Emsmom - the test was not so bad, but afterwards I had to go home and sleep the rest of the day! not nice at all. results are normal though so all good.

Karin - nice belly pics!

Lucy - you have no idea about that dog! she is full of it! replied to email :)
