I'm back in Joburg. MistyMom how did you find the expo??

I was invited to a farewell tonight but dont know if I can be bothered to go. Plus I dont know if it's akwkard for me to go as it's one of DH's friends from work who are leaving. I do know people who will be there and am friends with some of them - but through DH. so ya...I dunno if I should pop in or not?!

DH is coming home a day earlier!! I am so excited!!!! 7 more sleeps until he's back!! I really cant wait anymore. I miss him so much although I must admit, these 2 weeks havent been as bad as I thought it would be. Thank God my mom was here.

Got my baby shower (with my mom's friends) next week friday!

Hi girls.
Had a hectic week at work but all is well, just struggling with lower back pain cos i have to stand long hours. Mistymom im sorry you didn't know about the free trip up the mountain, but you can go next year.
My friend who told me that my husband is in cape town was lying. He was where he said he would be which is near newcastle. Needless to say i was stressed and lost out on work for no reason due to this so called friend. And my husband was innocent in all this. I had a short talk with him this morning after a week and a half of silence and he has told me that he will send money and i must just be patient. He is going for a back operation on tuesday. He is talking about giving us another chance in the uk or botswana. I have decided to wait and see what happens for now. I can always start divorce proceedings etc in january.
I wanted to ask you lovely cape town ladies if any of you know where i can go for a cheap 20 week scan. I can't afford to sit in a hospital all day and need to have that big scan, but don't want to pay gynae fees just to get that scan done. Im booked to go for my hypnobirthing course in december and am defintely going to have a home birth with a midwife and may be a doula, but my mom will be my birthing partner, i didn't give her much choice. Lol. I told her and then asked her if it was ok. Im cheeky sometimes, but she was interested in the hypnobirthing course and told her she can do it with me and ill pay but she will be my partner and she agreed.
Mistymom hope you glad your husband is back. Meags hope you had fun here in cape town. Emsmom hope em gets well soon. Joli hope you make the right choices. Sorry about the ppl i have left out.

morning all

well we are offt o the baby sho today...not sure if i am looking forward to it any more as meags was disappointed. I want to buy the anglecare monitor anyway from Babycity and a few othger things which ar eon special at show ...and I have a free tickets.. so if it is a let down at least did not waste money going in!

AND LASTLY I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY PROVINCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (LOL tried my province shirt on this morning but it does not fit at moment!)

Hello !! Seems like everyone is enjoying Friday I just want to pop in to say hi and then off to watch Bachelor.. been waiting whole week again .. hubby's been sitting in front of tv waiting for it to start for 1/2hour now
