Meags, I can imagine the nights are the worst. The longest I've ever been away from DH is 5 days and I hated it. And even then we spoke about 6 times a day.

Joli I think you're right, sex just sounds so crass online. I've told DH that we need to have lots of it to help prepare for the VBAC :) But he still wont go on top, he's too scared of squashing my tummy... even though its not nearly big enough to worry about that.

Bleeding has gone now, was just those 2 drops, think maybe I tore a little.

Glad the shoots when well, think perhaps your back was from the standing for so long, might also be why you haven't felt baby kick, I'm sure once you relax a bit you'll feel him again :)

I've accepted now I need to go and buy maternity clothing, I'm running out of things to wear, so I'll have to bite the bullet. My boobs dont even fit into my dresses that actually cover my tummy nicely.. my boobs have not been this big since I was feeding Em!!

Anyways, need to go and fetch Madam soon, letting DH sleep in for being such a sweetie. Then I'll pop into my folks. And have a swim.

Shame Meags. Thinking of you. I won't be able to sleep with DH at home. I can't fall asleep when he is not around as I'm sh*t scared! Will you mom be staying with you?

EmsMom - I just had to smile re the word baby dancing :-). Maybe our preggy ladies need to think of another word he he. Is the bleeding gone now??

2nd shoot went well - was a little boy who was born at 36 weeks weighting 3.3kg! So he was big, but still so newborn. And the parents were so lovely too.

Well I'm getting really worried now. I haven't felt baby this whole weekend and his / her kicsk were really strong last week. Hope I feel something today! Yesterday was a bit hectic. First shoot took 4 hours, then I had an hour to clean up the studio, eat something etc. before my next shoot which was 3 hours. Afterwards I had such a terrible headache. Took 3 panados and went to lie down. When I tried to get up after 2 hours I couldn't walk! My back was too sore to actually walk. I managed to make it to the loo and to the lounge but could only walk whilst holding onto the walls! DH got us take aways, I watched a movie - Dragonfly - cried my eyes out! And then I had a bad and straight to bed. This morning my back is much better. So maybe is was just from standing and being busy the whole day, who knows :S

Well I promise to tell the boss this week. As dificult as it is! Just gotta do it.

Hbuzz is coming for her shoot now now. Can't wait to meet her with her family. Then I'm going to do some editing, then off to Eastgate to go get Kayla new ballet shoes and an outfit and then we gonna fetch the girls in Heidelberg from MIL.

Enjoy your Sunday girls. Meags - what are up to? Did your friend talk to your again - the one with the baby name spelling?

Sigh...at least the days will be ok as I am use to him being at work anyway. It's the evenings that are going to be terrible (like tonight). Also we didnt get to see each other last night as he had a work function :(

At least my mom arrives on Tuesday but honestly, I dont think I'm going to be much joy the next 3 weeks!!

Meags sorry about DH leaving, but I also think you might be right, time away might help you both. Make sure to spend lots of time with friends while he is away so you are not alone too often.

When are you coming to CT? We must make a plan to get together when you are here.

Tonight we got MIL to watch Em so we could have some alone time before Mat leaves. Now just chilling watching TV and eating whatever I can get my hands on :)

I had a tiny bit of spotting after BDing tonight. Nothing hectic, just a drop or two of blood. Dont want to stress to much though, now wish my next scan wasn't so far away.

ah EmsMom that is so sweet of your DH!!! My DH was horrified to see I'd finished all the chocolate chip cookies this morning!! hehe

So I just dropped him at the airport and had a little cry at the airport and on the way home. But I have a feeling this break is going to do us the world of good. I think we have become way too comfortable and stopped appreciating each other and I think this time apart will do wonders. Although I miss him so much already!
He did send me a very nice sms 2 minutes after I had left saying he loves me so much and feels like crying too!

oh yes, EmsMom - that car rally sounds awful really!!!!

Joli - I wouldnt worry about not having the hard kicks. you have gotten them VERY early on so dont worry about not feeling them now. do you feel any movement at all? How was the last photo shoot?? Dying to see the photos :)

Kimika, I am not going to bother even looking for baby stuff until my mom gets here. I was too disappointed in it all yesterday!
I am wondering if we can order some treats from you and get them on our meet on Wednesday????

Faw - I am so glad by all of your decisions. Everything seems to be working out well for you (ok...it's a difficult time, but we are all here for you always)

Joli - email your boss!!!! You have to remember that your maternity leave can be enforced from 34 weeks (some company's rules) which means you are only giving them 15 weeks to find a replacement!! And you must book your dates etc!!!!

What have you ladies been up to? I really dont know what I am going to keep myself busy so I dont just sit home sobbing all day and night

Joli, thats lovely, hope you get some nice rest tonight :)

From what I know about baking is that you can use cake recipes for cupcakes, but normally best to have a actual cupcake recipe for best results.

My DH is so sweet, I woke up now from my afternoon nap with a serious craving for ice-lollis and then got upset cause I couldnt find my little home making thing to make some.
So DH went down to shops and bought ALL of the stock of my favorite ice-lollis and got the name of the supplier so we can get more in bulk if I want :) So I've got 14 now (and he even said I can eat them all in an hour if I want) and he'll make sure I have them on tap whenever I want them :) Swoon.

:S Ems's Mom - that's just so annoying! Shame man!

Well I'm typing quick before my next shoot. First baby was such an angel - could have carried on the whole day if I didn't have another shoot to prepare for!

Kimika - I've got the most devine chocolate cake recipe - got it from my MIL - maybe you can use that for the cupcakes as well? Or do you make cupcake dough different from cake dough?? Sorry I'm not the best in the kitchen!

The girls are with my MIL - we will fetch them tomorrow, so tonight I can work in peace and go to bed early. Might have a nap after my shoot and then get up to do some work. Maybe must try and take hubby out for dinner. Will see how I feel.

Baby B has been really quite. Hope he / she OK. Didn't have a hard kick for a couple of days now.

Chat later!
