Sadly today I'm not happy, been up the entire night with the most horrific tummy bug. I'm now so scared something has happened to the baby because of it. I'm trying to get in with my gynae - but he is going away next tuesday, so if pretty full up.

Also thinking maybe I should contact peek-a-baby and see if they would give me a scan to check and see that all is good.
really haven't felt so sick in a long time.

Emsmom - that's just unfair! I went to F&V on Wednesday and they only had apples and naartjies! Will definately look out for the nectarines next week. THX for the tip xx I'm also going to try the TT bottles this time. I can't believe you excl bf for a whole year??!! That's amazing, but it must have taken a lot from you.

LOL Meags re the angry face for us not telling he he. I think it's just because it's my last baby that I'm so calm about it. I couldn't wait to find out gender with Kayla & Megan. It's so sad re DH's cousin. Been thinking about it the whole night. I'm so depro re all this sad news. And I can't stop thinking about SH .

Mommy-jess - nope we don't have top tv or dstv. I don't watch much TV but might get it for the kids later. If I were you I would try and get something in writing from that broker re coverage for the birth.

MistyMom - Your DH's is just too sweet. I need to come post a pic for you I did for a MU fan daddy a while ago - will find it this weekend. I'm not sure you will be able to keep your tummy in till 18 weeks, unless you are carrying small / wear baggy clothes. Might be the better option. Congrats on DH's promotion - that's really awesome.

I'm really excited re this weekend. I've only got one shoot, so will be spending a bit of time with the girls and gardening. Can't wait. I'm 15 weeks tomorrow - YAY!!!

congrats MistyMom on DH's promotion!!!!!!!!! That is SO exciting!!!!
I also want to be a SAHM for at least the first year. Well at this rate, it seems I'll be a SAHM for the rest of my life. Not complaining...but I really do love my job and would still like to work a bit!!

Kimika so glad you have a scan in less than 24 hours!!!! Did she say, for the gender scan, if it will be 2D or 4D? Just wondering what we should book for the end of the month?

Well, I am FINALLY getting my car back today. 2 full days without it has been hell. But R5000 later...it should be in great working order!

Otherwise, almost my birthday and almost 13 weeks!!!! That's my good news for the day

Ja shame my poor gynae!! Only 2 weeks maternity leave.. can you imagine??? I could barely walk at 2wks after birth Im wondering who is her gynae and if she will be going natural or c-sec.. hehe.. Im sure if I mention this hubby would ask her straight out next time.. he is just like that! Oh and yes its her first!

Meags, that is sooo sad!!! The poor mommy losing her hubby just after sharing the happiest thing together. But atleast she will have that little bit of her hubby as part of her.. so sad

Ok so here is my happy thought: I GOT AN APPOINTMENT WITH MARYKE FOR SATURDAY MORNING AT 7:30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YIPEEE

She is just fantastic so far! She phoned me at 6pm today and apologised for not phoning me earlier! .. that never happens these days anymore! But Im so glad I dont ahve to wait..

Meags - Big big hugs! That is just too awful. Even if he was fit he could have had high cholesterol, and as you say a little clot, especially if he smoked. Ay ay ay though 34 is soooooo young. There just seem to be so many people to pray for. Definately a sign of sad times. Do they live here or in france?

MistyMom - Good idea to share happy things! I told a bunch of my lady friends, we do dinner once a month, last night. They were very excited for me. I am the baby in the group so they were so happy, even got a few offers of babysitting!! They were with me through my MC and have been egging me on ever since. Keeping me in stock of plenty old wives tales on how to get preggy! So I was very happy to give good news to them!

on a positive note...DH got a nice promotion and increase at work today maybe i might even be able to be a SAHM! I would love that, even for a year!!

Ok enough sad news now!!! Everybody to post a happy thought or news..hope next week is better!!!!!
