@ meags - i agree about not buying anything quit yet.

Although I have bought a cot and pram! But it was because I could get them half price and needed to do it there and then! My father in law was shipping a container form the uk of furniture and there is no import duty so i looked on the MOther care website and the Travel system I wanted is R6 500 and only £ 270 so what a bargin! And I just loved the cot at mother care which was £100 and you would never get anything as good here for that price in such good wood. It also eventualy turns into a bed. But besides that I have not bought anything else.

LOL i got a voucher with the latest LIving and loving where you get R100 off if you spend more than R300 at Babies R Us, but i have not even used it yet. Want to get this afternoon out the way first!

Not sure whne will strat buying goodies...probably from about 4/5 months!

oh no!!! That is just awful about sexyhexy - like Joli pop in and read there at times (to see what is coming up my way in terms of pregnancy!) Now I feel all funny inside! how sad

@ Joli - I am sure you will know the right time to show your daughter the photo of her dad. If you are having douts, or not sure if she is ready yet, then she is probably not. Like my mom always says "mother knows best" so I am sure your heart will tell you the right time!

I have just done my legs - DH last night pointed out I had a bit of a forest going, and do not need to shock the doc on my first appointment.

Ms is back a little again got sick last night (at least had excuse to leave guests). It was quit funny as I went to bed at 7pm as was not feeeling well. then got up at about 8.30 and straight to the bathroom.....then DH bought me some water. Went through to th elounge and it was full of people!!! Did not even know half of them! SO just said such a quick hi and back to bed. Have been sick twice this morning already Oh why do i have to have the MS so bad?? ANyway at least seen doc this afternoon so can chat to him about it.

I know Joli....one always thinks once they reach 2nd trimester all is fine

I think thats also why I dont want to buy anything...as one never knows what will happen

Im also sitting here blankly. I cant believe life can be so cruel.
Its heartbreaking hearing bad news like this. I think I need a nap now to calm my nerves.

Gosh NO Meags!! I'm sitting here swallowing hard not to burst into tears and got a huge lump in my throat. Sherbet. I always read SH's and the other ladies posts (even tough I don't reply there). I saw she had a bit of brownish discharge, but really thought all would be fine!!! I just can't believe it. The poor woman must be in a state. How awful.
