Yes and I would like to know what the ladies think about those post abdominal surgery belts/ cherished belly belts. I had heard that they helped one heal quicker and prevent the overhang.
My gynae says that they make your muscles lazy and you heal worse, he recommended tight ski pants rather!!

What are your experiences or opinions?

What are everyone's thoughts on a probiotic? My doctor said it could counter getting thrush. did any of you ladies actually get thrush ?
