I loved the post operative elastic band. I wore it for 6 weeks and thought it made a difference. I can imagine that those special tight ski pants can work as well. I guess it depends on your personal preference, I don't like tight things around my legs. I am more of a corset girl...

Put baby in your bed in hospital! I can only get up tom, and it makes it so much easier to bf!

I packed on of those hanging shower gels in. That way I didnt have to worry about dropping the soap in the shower.
