things/advice to help with or after C-sec

I dont know if this was mentioned something that helped was energy bars. It helped inbetween meal and i even handed some to the nurses they were extra nice after that

Extra soft toilet paper - triple ply! The hospital toilet paper be very hard! Even if Caesarian, you go quite a lot to the loo and I got the runs from the pain meds!

And quite a few dark towels and faceclothes. Sometimes the shower is in the bath, and to get in and out is a mission, so you can put a dark towel on the floor, and a facecloth between your legs (sorry for graphics). But it took me a few minutes to pysch myself up to step in and out the bath

Ronel, I just remembered. I used the "Dale abdominal binder".

Have you tried dischem? It is a common post-operative item, I believe they should have it?
