Does anyone know if I can ask for a refund after 6 days.. Now that ive realised that the class ratio isn't 6-1 and the times for outside are not up to department of health standards?

Hi thanks guys, i thought it sounded very strange. yes I have been doing random pickup times. There is nothing wrong persay, it's just seems like every day is play dough day (no stories and painting etc.) and the 25 mins freaks me out. Apparently (yes i'm scrambling today!) the department of health says upon registration that they must allow for 1/3 of the day to be outside play. That makes alot more sense
I'm in Table view/Blouberg area and I'm working in obs.

Memo, the kids at my son's creche also have about an hour a day on their own and then after 4pm if it is a nice day, they normally all play together (mixed ages) outside. They are all between 1 and 4 though and total school is about 22 kids with 4 teachers. His class is about 6 of them.

Memo Keirans creche playgroup outside area is also seperated, and they spend an hour in the morning free play and then they sometimes (outide that hour) do storytime outside, water play etc. They then play outside again after snack time at 14:40 until 16:00pm.

Im sorry to hear that you are having a tough time finding Jude the perfect school, do you do random pick up's to see what they are doing at different times of the day?

O gosh! I dont know what to do now.. I want to move him because I dont see them doing any activities either. I think it happens but not everyday. I know Jude would be happier if they let him paint etc. I only see the same 4 toys out everyday. A wooden puzzle a telephone and doll and a truck.
How was this the best place I saw? I have been searching the net and all the links are purple (meaning I've already looked at them) I think I was also a little sold on the place because another moomie that lives in my area said her child was there, but recently I found out that there are two schools with the same name and her child is in the other one, aaaaaahhhhh!
