Time to begin TTC 2018!

Ah man I am soo sorry to hear that! I have been through that before and it sucks. They might give you estropause to thicken your lining and perhaps a higher dose. Shame hun head up! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

My appointment went very well. Got a list of things that I have to do before transfer - like take antibiotics, estropause, progesterone, another injection etc. But it is sooo exciting. He then did an endometrial scrape, which is as sore as it sounds. If you ever have done an HSG, its similar to that but shorter. At least hubby was there to hold my hand through the cramping. It basically wakes up your womb and gets it juicy for baba!

So we got photos of our embabies today. Incredibly special to see them at this stage already. Feel like such a proud mom already!

So I went for my CD12 scan today. Not the greatest news....he could only see one follicle measuring 15mm and my lining is not near thick enough yet. Feeling a bit despondent, I thought I would have at least two follies They took some bloods to check the estrogen levels ( I think that's what he said) and then we go back tomorrow morning again at 7am for another scan to check progress. He said insemination will prob take place on Friday. Feeling my positivity slipping away but trying to hold on to everything I have!

Anyway other than that weekend was really good, was feeling very relaxed and happy up till this morning but i'm sure ill feel better tomorrow.

Nothing much to say directly as we all seem to be inbetween or at AF. Wherever u all are in ur cycle or on your journey....tons of love and baby dust to u!!!

AFM....im about cd20. I think i ovulated late this month. So ive set my expected AF date a few days later so if i end up testing i can be sure im not getting a false neg. OH is so confident Lol. After bd he puts his face so close to my belly that he squints and with such conviction he whispers "swim boys swim"

I'm joining all the ladies that got af.
I can't remember everybody on here as I'm still new.
Nicola I'm still scared for the needles I'm sure hubby won't be able to inject me coz he's also bit blonde and scared of hurting me. Anyway my app is only to get formalities out of the way. I ordered some sperm-i-prove for hubby. Will be here by next week. So hopefully hubby's morphology is better by the time IUI will be scheduled. Hope all goes well for u nicola. I recently met someone on a forum who had twins through IUI on first attempt.

AFM AF showed up last night a week late. Slapped me in the face lol. Didn't really have time to be upset as we took my brother in law out for his birthday today. My first time at gold reef city and let's just say I am an over grown child. Not testing and charting this month hubby insists on a break month and I'm all for it.

@Ayesha, I feel you and I am so sorry that you are going through this. I've started seeing a psychologist too cause somethings this journey gets unbearable and it just seems like no one understands but I am hopeful that it will work out soon.

@hope, all the best for your TWW and that maneuver

AFM: just feeling so positive and happy that I just want it to rub off on everyone. Not too sure what CD I am on but I think AF is late, oh well not
stressing about that.
