Thanks, Julz! What you said about the time needed for implantation makes sense.

I'm the one with the anovulation ;) At the moment I'm on CD18... so maybe it has just been signs of ovulation? Well I hope so. I feel like this every "other" month, so now instead of me always thinking I'm maybe pregnant, I'll just think of it as ovulation. It's really frustrating :( I've even resorted to a "lunar fertility chart".

Julz - never read this thread before. Look at you like a fountain of information.

I am trying to think of something to ask, just so I can get a bit of your wisdom, but nothing comes to mind. At least now I know where to go.

Hi Niknaks

It is possible to ovulate 4 days prior to your "expected" af but highly unlikely that you would actually ovulate that late and if you have then it is even more unlikely that you would be able to concieve. There is a problem if you are ovulating so late as ideally there should be about 12 days (least 10) between ovulation and af for there to be sufficient time for implantation.

Sorry but I am not sure of where you are in your cycle and how have your previous cycles been so far? If you give me more info maybe I can help you out more. x

Weird question, but is it possible to have an "anovulatory" cycle and then actually ovulate, say, the day before AF arrives? I am completely stumped... have been experiencing tingling in my breasts (for a week now) and queasiness + bad taste in mouth (2 days), but I keep telling myself it can't possibly be. Now I have nose stuffiness and seem to have misplaced my voice.

Now that I think back, AF was weird... 3 days long, then stopped for 2 days and came back for 3 days all dark. So I'm very confused.

I've looked everywhere on the internet, and can't find anything. Maybe the tingling and queasiness is just signs of ovulation?

I have no idea. I wouldn't think so as they don't even cover registered fertility drugs.
