Meags I wouldnt stress too much about what scans pick up so early on. Only between 4-5 weeks can they pick up the sac on an ultrasound and not even the yolk sac before 6 weeks.
And determining due date is not of much relevance early on, as long as your blood count is doubling every 48hours, when doc does his first scan around 7-8 weeks he'll give you a date.

From my understanding, if you're 3 weeks since ovulation, it technically puts you at 5 weeks pregnant (since most would go buy a 'normal' cycle where there are around 2 weeks prior to ovulating and hcg count would be actual count from start of hcg, to which you add 2 weeks for due date.

Its still so early in, so you must try and relax and dont try and interpret everything going on. Our bodies do really strange things while pg!

Hi Julz,
what do you think of the shaking machine, the one that you stand on & adjust the shaking strength, as a form of exercise while ttc. It has a warning of not using it when pregnant but nothing before?

You get gestational age (start of last period)
and fetal age. They use gestational age to determine your due date.

Meags yes if I went according to ovulation I was 2 weeks, but when working out due date they used 1st day of last period which made me 4 weeks and my blood results showed 4 weeks. At 7 weeks my baby measured 7 weeks 4 days.

It is very unlikely that you will see a sac at 3 weeks. You may sometimes see one from 4 weeks but usually only at 6 weeks.

According to your lmp you are 6 weeks pregnant.

There are a few. The main thing is that it has to have a very high number of bacteria so ask a pharmacist. I use probiflora no 9 and take max dose. Yes sugar and yeasts can cause candida. . Will have to find out why for you.

Meags ignore your ovulation date. You should use the first date of your last af. to work out your due date. That is what both the fertility clinic uses and my gynae.

Thanks Julz,

I never noticed my cm during my fertile days because we are/were so determined to just enjoy BD'ing and take the pressure off ;) .

I got Canex C from pharmacy and they also suggested to treat hubby too. But shame, this will be a long week for him and then AF is due.

Can you suggest a Probiotic that works for you? I wouldn't know where to start.
Why does sugar affect thrush?

Hi marinda. Firstly shame. I get it often and it's horrid.

It could be from all the bd'ing. Your cm does become quite thick though after ovulation. I am not sure how it would affect things. Did you have nice stretchy mucus around O?

YOu should get treatment from the pharmacy like the medaspor with applications. this one is nice because there is enough cream to treat hubby. It can be passed on so just use the cream once a day on him too. I usually wait for a week after I have finished the meds before bd'ing again.

Please get yourself some probiotics asap. The intensive one and stay away from sugar.x
