Hey Julz

Hope you are well!!
I have finally got my BFP and I am due to leave for Zambia in 3 days. This is obviously a malaria risk area, but it is winter. What are the risks and should I not go?
My trip is all paid and I will not recover any money but if this is putting my baby in serious risk I will not go. Just not sure how serious it is.

for back ache in early pregnancy, is acupuncture a good idea? or a good massage or physio?
what would you recommend? I do have a wheat bag but I'm struggling during the nights

Marinda, If I can add my bit there.. I had thrush in Feb (was itchy on outside, sorry for TMI) and treated it then. Begin June I went for my annual papsmear and gynae picked up vaginal infection with it (thrush) She prescribed a tablet to drink, a tablet to insert vaginally along with the gynae guard tablets which are basically probiotics for your v-jay After doing that I fell preggie the same month and Ive been thinking that the thrush couldve affected falling pregnant. Prob is if you dont treat it and get rid off all of it, it just comes back Good luck!

the prog test will determine if you ovulated or not which is an important test to have.

There isn't much you can do until your dr gets results. spotting at ovulation is normal and spotting can also occur with implantation but any other spotting isn't normal and should be investigated which it seems your gynae is doing.

Hi Ladies

I need some help with a POA.
I went off the pill end of April. May and June I had 27 and 26 day cycles with light spotting from day 18. Dr then suggested I go for progestorone tests on CD21 and CD2. I o'ed on CD10 and started spotting CD18, light bleeding CD20-22. And nothing after that. I went for progestorone test on CD21. I am currently on CD36 and no AF. BFN according to HPT.
Will the progestorone test tell anything, or will it only help if you can compare with CD2?
Should I just wait for AF and start over from then.
I wish I could google this, but I don't even know what to google any more.
Any ideas?
