Hi elle not sure about that. Sorry

Andy he may be able to see the corpus luteum but not 100% sure about this. He would not be able to see signs of pregnancy at this stage.

If you are referring to blood tests to test HCG then it may be too soon. The clinic tests on day 14. This is to avoid the heartache of knowing about a very early mc which is very common.

Hello Google Queen!!

How are you doing? Ever find that lost remote?

So I'm going for my follow-up after the lap and D&C tomorrow morning. I will be 10DPO and was just wondering if doc will be able to tell me anything if he does an internal scan? I don't have very high hopes but thought I'd ask just the same.

And if he sends me for bloods? Will I get accurate results from that at 10DPO?

Strikkie Laliek is correct. 6 is great.

Different clinics have different cut offs. Aevitas is 13 (or was). It also depends on age. A woman aged 28 with a level of 10 will still have better results than a women of 38 and fsh level of 5. Eg mine was 25 so a no go for IVF, but I was 33 so I used meds and was extremely lucky even with an antral follicle count of 1. As we age our reserves reduce, but more importantly the quality of egg diminishes.

Helena wait till you have missed AF. Any brand is fine. Good luck. x

Dankie Strikkie!

I don't really have other simptoms, so I would rather wait a while...

Julz sorry for barging in on your thread - maar Strikkie, 6.1 is goed. Hier is die levels:

Less than 9 Normal FSH level - Expect a good response to ovarian stimulation.

9 - 11 Fair - Response is between normal and somewhat reduced (response varies widely). Overall, a slightly reduced live birth rate.

11- 15 - Reduced ovarian reserve. Expect a reduced response to stimulation and some reduction in embryo quality with IVF. Reduced live birth rates on the average.

15 - 20 - Expect a more marked reduction in response to stimulation and usually a further reduction in embryo quality. Low live birth rates. Antral follicle count is an important variable.

Over 20 This is pretty much a "no go" level in our center. Very poor (or no) response to stimulation. "No go" levels should be individualized for the particular lab assay and IVF center.
