How are you and Lior doing?

Ive had such a hectic week, we renovating and building a showroom... so ive moved my office and havent even attempted to start sorting it our again... so much dust and and and...
I asked my mom to come fecth blake today, its quite hectic not being able to put him down to crawl around or in his walking ring like he is used to, so he gets really frustrated!

How is Lior coping without the Seizure meds?

Ive gone threw all blakes clothing etc.... preparing for winter...
My mom said i sould as you if you would like to take them, then you can just give away from there or whatever...
We all coming threw the end of the month for a engagement.. im ganna be staying by aunty charm and them i could always leave them there for you if you want them???

We are doing well, just a little tired. We had a bit of a rough week with Lior last week, not because he is ill or anything he just didnt want to sleep so from Monday through to Thursday I think we had maybe 2 hrs a night and bearing in mind, he does not sleep during the day at all !!! Otherwise Lior is doing well. We stopped the seizure meds, cause I think that is what is making him restless and not sleeping, we will be going to the doc in the next few days and see what is happening. Although it has been very difficult, I have come into contact with a Trisomy mommy overseas and we have been communicating, and it just helps so much cause she is going through it all. Her little girl is now 27 months and although she is a little sickly at the moment she is doing really well. And this gives me so much inspiration and hope for out little boy !!

How are you guys doing? How is Lior?

Prunes are fabulous for that, but with Lior we add one teaspoon of porridge to his bottles to get his daily in take, cant put more than that in otherwise it is too thick and wont run down the tube, so for us its a catch 22.

I came right with the tubes, I sent an e-mail to the "mother" company in the UK asking if they knew of anyone else that could supply them as their supplier here in SA said they dont make them anymore. I think I got someone fired cause there were e-mails flying back and forth from the MD and others. In the end he basically told me that whoerver told me that talks crap (bearing in mind that all the hospitals I phoned were told the same thing) and that they had sent a whole lot here to SA. So the guy from the SA supplier phoned me and said that they have tubes for me. So all sorted.

when your MIL was here, i told her i add 2 tablespoons of prunes to blakes breakfast every morning, it really helps him... i sumtimes add it to his lunch too if his stomach is really hard!

I found that the cerelac really makes his stomach hard if he has it without the prunes

just a suggestion!

Have you come right with the feeding tubes for Lior?

If we dont give him aculax/lacson every day ..... yes. So every morning he gets a dose and his tummy works once/twice every day, but his stools are very solid

oh ok! I suppose you've been threw basically all of them!

Does he still suffer with constipation?
