Losing weight and feeling great...thread revived

Congrats on all the weight loss...what happened to the thread? I'm hoping to join you girls...

height:1.4 (i'm very short)

I will be starting Zumba on Monday in the comfort of my own home...and walking for 30minutes during my lunch breaks at work

eating plan: i just want to cut out all the sugar and milk...and have loads of salads,proper breakfast and veggies n fruits...

Hi Ladies & CONGRATS on your achievements.

This week has been a difficult one.I've failed to log-in food/calories intake although I ate food in moderate.I also failed to take my walks & do any workouts.I dont know but I think I'm still lacking the willpower that I need to do this & I thought I had one so I guess I have to reflect on what is sabotaging my commitment.

I'm not giving up though.I hate what I see in the mirror & if I continue on this road I'm definately not going to celebrate my 31st birthday looking so ugly & fat

Hi, i have joined Weighless a month now, lost 1kg so fat, joined the 13 week challenge with my friend, so hoping to lose 15kg by december, This thread is great and it helps motivate me, also Hubby made a bet with me, if i reach my goal my december he treats me to a spa day:-)
